jocojoan - I don't really feel like writing up the whole conversation I'm afraid. The point I was trying to make was that for anyone who has a lot of questions about the company and especially for someone who doesn't seem to trust answers fed back on here, general meetings are a great opportunity to put questions directly to senior management and directors. What people do with the information they get from such conversations is up to them - they can take it at face value, or dismiss it as spin, or follow up with emails asking for evidence, even publish it on here etc. But surely, for those who have the time and are serious about understanding the company better, it's good to take the opportunity to have a discussion direct with the company reps in the first place, isn't it?

As 1GW points out, all the BOD members were happy to answer all questions. I think we actually ran out of things to ask rather than them wanting to leave!

We now have a period over the next few months of consistent news flow.

My personal view is that it will be extremely positive.

Blues,

Pretty much led from the Yume side. They look on a 40cents or 40p stock as wtf!

Basically 2 fold, keep existing and new us holders happy and to restrict the free float.

Thanks for the AGM notes, guys. Did they expand on reasons for the 10-1 consolidation? TIA.

Ragos, yes, I agree with you... however, I'm not the one questioning why people didn't attend the EGM or AGMs.. 1gw asked why I don't...
I simply replied why weren't there a lot more PIs there then... what about the others???

I've owned Pace for 20yrs and have never attended an agm of theirs... went to 1 EGM, just before their taken over...

The point is every time over the past 3 yrs, posters on here returned from the agm/egm full of enthusiasm, claiming it was great and that enthusiasm wanes when it comes to results...

1gw, my question is where's the evidence that Dataxu is not paying other companies...

who are these other companies?

I'm asking for a link as proof, as credible evidence not speculation...

Dataxu are fighting ad fraud, another article...

STT - I also had a conversation at the meeting today where it was suggested to me that R1 were not the only ones having trouble collecting money from Dataxu.

Why on earth you don't come to these meetings and join in the conversations yourself is beyond me. Apart from loaf and myself, there can only have been a handful of actual individual shareholders there today I think. And we had MO, TH, RN and DS from R1 hosting a townhall-type Q&A session and then talking over coffee afterwards.

I was able to work through Q's on consolidation/US listing, financing of cash component, forward timetable, content of F4 filing, analyst estimates vs management expectations, arbitrage, Radiumone contingent payment, relative attractiveness of YuMe before and after Radiumone acquisition, dataxu, change of CFO, international expansion...

thanks 1gw that's what I got told a few months back that the brokers come in and they discuss what's happening with the company and then agree with the brokers what the figures are going to be basically in their notes rather than offering guidance themselves.

Agree. Really good Q&A session plus informal chat afterwards.

I certainly came away with renewed confidence in the outlook.

Perhaps the single most useful bit in my opinion was the discussion around "management expectations" and brokers notes. While they were careful not to say that they provided "guidance" to the brokers, they pointed to the number and consensus of brokers covering the company and suggested they were not uncomfortable with what the brokers were putting in the notes.

We are likely to get 6-monthly TUs going forwards, with the first one due in October. The F4 "prospectus" filing should be published "later in October" with the timetable driven in part by the level of detail required - including getting audited accounts for all the individual bits.

I've just bought some more on the basis of all that.
