13m or so of net current assets and minimal debt so real cost about 33m for a company generating 50 of revenue so looks a good acquisition. Some cost savings and so should breakeven.

Gained over the last 5 days, just before acquisition announced...news leak?? but down 41% over the previous year..
sounds like Peak share price was beaten down - who else would buy Peak???

Well I think it is fair to say, nobody in their right mind would be interested right now in buying rhythm...

Looks like an ok deal but going by the management's previous track record, it will take time, money and additional distraction yet again from their "core" business that still isn't profitable...

So we buy a profit making business that has plenty of cash, while our share price on an 18 month high.. and we are using a lot of Tosca's money - John John thinks it is more beneficial to Perk than 1R.

It doesn't really get better the more you look into it, nothing jumps out that says wow, great deal here! Instead a feeling of deja vu, another Blinkx/1R acquisition . .

interesting that they were happy to take an all share deal, with the way their share price was on the slide until 1R came along that might have been a good idea

so has Santa Claus come early in Toronto this year, or is it Texas?

Now will we get the £1+ price target from N+1 Singer which they said would be possible with the right acquisition?

And let's see if the brokers upgrade 1R after this deal cos according to John John we've been sold a pup in the market doesn't like it with the lack of trading

Pure entertainment - Market makers always offer a premium concierge services on this stock - they are just there to help and make our stay pleasant. lol

I would like to say this afternoon will be interesting - but they could easily cancel the gig and start the Benny, Benny, Benny off again.

We wouldn't want that - would we?

Just a fun but I doubt if there will be one poster here who doesn't get it




Seems the company as a heart and set up its own charity to help children so what's not to like about plus it seems they have offices in all almost the same places as 1R does so maybe some cost-cutting or office sharing in the near future
