1R were listed before on The Trade Desk's inventory partners list as RhythmOne and Yume, together with around 60 other partners...


Now they list 77 Inventory partners but NO 1R.. so TTD have clearly updated their inventory partner list... On list of Inventory Partners, seems odd to have 19 ROWS of 4 partners followed by 1 single partner on the 20th row..

Zebbo's post is transparently aimed at anyone who believes that the thread owner has a responsibility to post in a way that is not misleading. He is not talking about a specific statement, he is talking about the principle.

Now in general I agree that it is unsafe to assume that thread owners post without misleading. But that is no excuse for any particular thread owner to set out to mislead.

When you as a thread owner clearly delight in re-posting that assessment of anyone who believes in that principle you're sending a very clear message that you believe you can be as misleading as you like, even as thread owner.

And of course you demonstrate it just as clearly with outright lies, such as claiming that brassneck and I are the same poster.

Were they ever listed? Is that list a complete list given it talks about "a selection of companies" - how many partners do you think The TradeDesk has? Do you see google / doubleclick on the list?
