23/10/2014 11:03 | i had thought a new thread MIGHT mark a new trend for the share price ! | ![]() value viper
23/10/2014 11:00 | on the contrary Butterfield has offloaded 675,000 at 4.09p - why now at such a low price when he could have got 6-8p? At interim, outlook was for an increase in EBITDA but "slightly below market expectations". They made eps at Interim of 0.48 so should make say 0.9 full year - for a p/e of only 4.5. I sold out (see other thread - why two of them ?) due to lack of news and PI interest but tempted back in at 4p. Watching for now. | ![]() puku
07/10/2014 15:21 | steve wright def did i recall....why arent they adding ? | ![]() value viper

02/10/2014 12:17 | valuation looks low imv considering the UK space they are in; would like to see the directors get their cheque books out now results are out the way. | ![]() value viper

01/10/2014 19:52 | I've bought some and would like to see directors do the same now really Maybe a new thread now also | ![]() value viper
30/9/2014 14:39 | certainly seems an over-reaction to a good Interim. Last year was (.37 + .37) for FY eps .74. After .48 could we see .9 for new FY P/e 5 as you say. Comment by mgt was for "current year to be marginally below market expectations" so doesn't justify the size of the drop. I sold out because it was unloved, and that is still the dilemma, will watch for a while. | ![]() puku
30/9/2014 08:29 | Good progress with a pe of 5 . | ![]() s34icknote
30/9/2014 06:57 | The share price is far too low; it is priced to go bust, which is very unlikely given that it is making money and the long term talent management business is making steady progress. | ![]() this_is_me
22/8/2014 13:56 | Huge turnover to market cap here and low pe !Can they increase the margins ? | ![]() s34icknote
06/8/2014 08:33 | Rethink is dog with fleas They need to sack their CEO and let someone else have a go Whoever heard of a dynamic recruitment company ever doing well under the stewardship of their ex FD? How is he going to be an inspirational leader and grow the business organically Hopeless. I guess he talks a good game with the lawyers, bankers and accountants Most UK recruiters have doubled their share price over the last year Rethink's has gone down | tiredandweary
21/5/2014 15:58 | weak again today, luckily managed to sell final lot last week. Ought to be cheap but market blind to it. | ![]() puku
12/5/2014 13:57 | I agree, but the market doesn't seem to be interested. I have been reducing for some time, but hard to sell anything worthwhile. | ![]() puku
08/4/2014 08:35 | Decent enough numbers giving a price/adj EBITDA of around 3-4 and adj P/E of around 6. Hopefully the 2013 exceptionals, listed as "compromise agreements associated with a board restructure, bank exit fees, office closure costs and termination of a software project" will prove to be exceptional (and they look reasonably one-off to me)...in which case the equity looks cheap if they maintain or improve on this performance. Future trading and Mr Market will decide where this goes but feels like much more upside than downside for the next few months to me... | ![]() eezymunny
08/4/2014 06:56 | Yes, good progress has been made in implementing the strategy. | ![]() this_is_me
05/2/2014 17:12 | big contract with arm of Swiss Re Gp and share price falls. Strange share ! | ![]() puku
28/1/2014 11:52 | Hmmmm...a decent update today methinks... NFI from continuing ops of £19.4m Technology services was sold in H2, so from the interims...numbers all £k Talent Mgt gross profit £1843 Recruit GP £7747 Total GP £9580 Assuming NFI=GP (can't see why not?!) then H2 GP from continuing ops was £9820 Admin exp were talent 604+ recruit 6492 = 7096 plus central costs 1812, total 8908. Those costs included amort/depr/exception So if H2 expenses similar (we are not told – doh! but maybe reasonable to assume small uplift for bigger volumes and slight decrease as tech sold?) ) then H2 clean EBITDA 9820-8478 = 1342 So H2 run rate gives annualised EBITDA c £2.7m. Knock off 300k interest for annualised pbt c £2.4m They also reduced headcount from 260 to 210 in H1 some could be that H2 costs will be a fair bit lower and profits a fair bit higher. We're a little in the dark with the minimal details given but looks cheap to me if current trading maintained or improved (3.7xEBITDA, PE about 5?). All very rough numbers! | ![]() eezymunny
22/1/2014 13:52 | interesting RNS that they are competing to buy another company | ![]() felix99
