14/1/2014 15:22 | well the directors think the shares can go higher | value viper
10/1/2014 17:15 | 8/9 p gotta be poss i would think - unless biz goes backwards - NRI | value viper
10/1/2014 15:36 | glad someone else is here with me. Cannot understand the weak level they have set the options at - share price is now above it already so little incentive to managers to reach a meaningful target. Continue to hold awaiting full year results. | puku
10/1/2014 10:35 | i see there are some mixed emotions on this one, rebasing options etc. i can understand that i've gone for a few nontheless due to the market they are in and believing there is appetite for recruiters - chart starting to turn it seems and cant ignore the director deals of recent also ; all IMHO | value viper
19/12/2013 12:45 | actually exercisable at various dates from 2014 onwards, 2020 etc dates are when they lapse. Still doesn't say a lot about their ambitions ? | puku
18/12/2013 17:13 | So 11.5m options revised from exercise prices in the range 6.75 - 11p down to 6.1 , exercisable in 2020 or later. That's only 4% above current share price So they don't think there will be any significant growth in next 6 years ??? | puku
27/11/2013 17:05 | Tired - you make it sound like rats leaving the sinking ship. Management, in the last accounts - said they had taken on too many consultants in anticipation of growth. Ok that didn't happen so they took the strategic step to reduce numbers from 260 to 210. Despite that revenue went up by 27% in first half and with lower overheads, that produced an eps of 0.374p and EBITDA up 100% from £0.59m to £1.12m.. Yes the loans are high but loans + trade liabilities are matched by current assets. We do need to see positive cash flow though and that does worry me a bit. You say customers are jumping ship but how come the revenue went up ? On balance I am still holding. | puku
23/11/2013 09:42 | Rethink are losing customers and staff are headed for the door. That's what happens when you put an accountant in charge of a sales business. There's no passion left and once the cost cuts are factored in to the numbers, there's no growth,no excitement and no opportunity. Their debt mountain with Bank Leuimi (the lender of last resort) is so high that even several years' profits won't pay it off and they will resist any takeover advances, since it would be like turkeys voting for xmas and the CEO would be sacked on day one. Liquidity is so tiny, its not even worth shorting. A right old mess. | tiredandweary
24/9/2013 13:42 | The management at least admit when they get it wrong and can still get top line growth without going into the red. One of my smallest holdings so I am prepared to keep them for the long term. | this_is_me
24/9/2013 11:26 | Hi pukuYes I noticed that as wasn't impressed.I got caught out on cnel with exchange rates as well.I ve cut and run and am out which is why we're down this morning. Not impressed and so have moved on.Sicknote | s34icknote
24/9/2013 10:52 | My figures in post 107 were based on the previous Interims, which said Int eps was 2.407p - they have now re-stated that as 0.2407, so not so cheap after all. Latest Int eps is 0.3744, add back stated non-recurring expenses of £300,000 and adjusted eps say 0.57p - if I can believe their figures again. Trading still good so say final eps of at least 1p - for p/e of 8. Ok and perhaps explains the drop in share price today - happy to hold for now but annoyed at their error last time. | puku

20/9/2013 12:08 | topped up with 37,00o, now hold 150,000. This is not a steady one - it will fly if the Interim is good or become a medium term hold because of the wide spread. Fingers crossed for 24th !! | puku
