Just to remind everyone the comparative LFL for the period from the trading statement to the half year was -5.8% so I would expect the FY17 ytd -1.8% to improve somewhat by half year.

Great dividend, 6x ebitda, almost no debt and £110m freehold property. Their sites are mostly located at leisure locations (cinema sites, airports and pubs) and not on the high street.

Subject to approval at the AGM, the final dividend in respect of the year ended 1 January 2017 of 10.6p per share will be paid on 7 July 2017 to shareholders on the register on 16 June 2017. This will make the full year dividend in respect of 2016 a total of 17.4p per share.

Well that's me sold for a 30 pointer profit on the spreads. I only put the trade on late yesterday. Just shy of 10% for around an hours work lol.

Wish all trades were that quick and positive.

Usual negative spin out from langton capital. Balance sheet has £110m of freeholds with v.little debt.

The company normally updates at the AGM except last year when it was done earlier as a p.w. with the CFO getting the boot.

"The Company will next provide a trading update on 26 May 2017, the date of the Company's 2017 AGM".

I think the board change note on 21 Apr said there would be a trading update on Friday.
