10/7/2020 15:50 | They’ve been doing them every year for the last 10+ years. If you have 250+ shares certificated, they come out automatically with the report in April. If you have 250+ shares in an online dealing account you have to then get them to apply on your behalf. If you have both, you use the vouchers that come with the report as a prompt, to chase your online dealing firm for your second batch. Also confirm that this year’s vouchers again make no mention of being valid at Wagamama. | adobbing
10/7/2020 15:22 | The vouchers were available last year as well as I got them in the post, although Wagamama wasn't on board then... | paulisi
10/7/2020 15:04 | It does, the vouchers are off the “whole bill” as opposed to the meal tickets which are only against the food element. Most of the pubs have posted that the “meal tickets” they normally give you won’t be given or accepted at the moment. The link above states that; “The vouchers and the terms and conditions for the vouchers, may be varied or withdrawn at any time. In such event, a notification will be published on this website on the Shareholder Information page.” Nothing published so far, so presumably still valid! | adobbing
10/7/2020 14:22 | Done it. They will be with me next week so a nice trip to the Architect or Armoury before the Welsh ones open. I wonder if the voucher will include my drinks bill? | tygarreg
10/7/2020 12:24 | 12 vouchers per year, presumably 1 per month, all valid until 30 April 2021. Unless your shares are certificated, you need to get your share dealing company to apply on your behalf, as you won’t appear on the shareholder register. I would do it ASAP! | adobbing
10/7/2020 11:52 | Wow that's a great perk. Go once for a family gathering with a £50 discount on a £200 bill. Not bad for holding just 250 shares worth £125!!!! Go a few times and you have your shares for free plus a dividend when things get back to normal. So how many vouchers to we get? Any ideas? | tygarreg
10/7/2020 11:39 | Some interesting questions and answers from the AGM; | adobbing

10/7/2020 11:12 | Topped up with more at 47p. Wish I sat on my hands at 8am! Always greatly admired their pubs in this area around north Welsh borders. Extremely popular. Now I am a shareholder! | tygarreg
10/7/2020 09:19 | Keeps bouncing up from 51. Fingers crossed! | tygarreg

10/7/2020 08:26 | Been wanting to get into this for a while. I love their b&p pubs - great settings, always full of diners, trendy comfortable decor. Everyone loves wagamama. It's a winning formula. Positive rns with all the govt financial help. Offloaded f&b which I never liked. Anyway bought in at 55. Now its 53! Ah well! | tygarreg
10/7/2020 07:10 | RNS regarding sit down eating. As far as I can see, pubs - most open, Chiquito - most open. Wagamama -collect deliver only.(bench system may be an issue for immediate opening) | paulisi
09/7/2020 07:30 | Can anyone confirm which restaurants are now open to sit down?Wagamama seems to be click and collect/Deliveroo onlyThe pub chain is starting to openWhat about the others? | paulisi
08/7/2020 18:39 | I concur and reiterate my post #2660 “The fundamentals of operating a customer facing business have now changed, probably for ever and for all players. The expectations and the measurements pre Covid are now largely irrelevant, this will be a new world with a drastically changed playing field. Expect higher prices and a general public forced to pay whatever they have to, if they want “the experience”. There will be fewer options and booking ahead will become the norm.” | adobbing
08/7/2020 16:50 | I think as that £10 pp thing sinks in with people this will respond well. The historically 3 quietest days of the week are now going to be full (restricted seating numbers of course) They will extend it beyond August , vat is until January, stamp duty is until March... People desperate to get out and have someone else cook for them I think. The £10 subsidy will increase average spend per head too | john09
