They announced that full year results would be released on 15th March in the same announcement that the CEO was stepping down.

Earnings date is declared as the 15th March on Yahoo Finance. Not sure if earnings date means the same as results date.

They've probably been delayed by the distraction of the Waga purchase. If you look at the RNSs you will see that they always announce the results day in advance (10 for 31/8/18, 15/2 for 7/3/18 etc.).

Last year was 07.03, which is why I was expecting them yesterday

It wasn't the current CEO that destroyed - it was Danny Breithaupt. He took over from Andrew Page when he retired at the end of August 2014 when the share price was around 660p. On the 12th Aug. 2016 Danny was given the boot. On the day before the share price closed at 376.8p. By the 18th it was 425p.

Current management have brought this almost to its knees - but in Wagamama they have a brilliant business and management pool.

Don't do a recruitment process just give it to the CEO of Wagamama.

A 10% drop when the CEO who virtually destroyed this company leaves?!?! Market needs to get a grip.

Agree Former CEO A Page built this business and the Board should be embarrassed of appointing the successor , now the company is ready toBe broken up etc There is at least 40 upside

Not interested but almost at historical support and chart target
Valuation guys may have a better handle at this stage where price could end up
So easy to engineer a crisis in service companies. IMO could end up in private hands after the "greater fools" have been sheared

Was passing through Gatwick and decided to give Waga a go for breakfast. Didn't know it was there never mind the fact that they did breakfast until I saw it on the 12ftx6tt digital media board. Ordered the full English which although tasty came out cold. Ate it anyway cos I needed to get my flight but the girl took it off the bill! Only 17 diners in. They need to up their game if they gonna be at Gatwick. They had some poor sod out the front of the shop giving free samples of pancakes to entice customers in!
