GOS Systems in TGL is definitely worth much more ... which means that the upside from a potential RTO into TGL by Cambridge Quantum Computing Ltd. is in for free.

And as CQCL is potentially the 'Microsoft of quantum computing', that is a very compelling proposition.

Just picked up a few HUBCO on the ISDX market.

Clean shell that floated at 10p.

May be signs of life soon following a change of Corporate adviser today.

Their outlook today states:
"Post year end we have identified several new potential acquisitions and are currently assessing their suitability"


Hoping Adam Reynolds (Chairman) can repeat the success of OPTI and NIPT !

Today is exactly one year to the day since TGL hit its all-time closing low of 0.275p, the only day it has ever closed below 0.3p.

Which was also the same day that TGL really became a shell (prior to becoming a tech security company):
"22/04/2014 07:02 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Touchstone Gold Limited Placing, director change, strategy & TSX delisting"




According to an article on entitled "Profit warnings: Numbers, Time periods and What you can do?", this one year period is very significant. Here is an extract:

"But the study also found that on average about a year after the profit warning stock prices start recovering and goes on to do extremely well, outperforming the market 22,4% over the next year.

James argues that this may be another good time to implement a rule to buy companies that issued a profit warning one year after the warning date.

But after a year of the stock price drifting lower you may find it very difficult to convince yourself to buy the company again. Especially if the share price, on average, lost 41% from 6 months before the profit warning to one year afterwards."




Psychologically, TGL investors may have suffered from a type of 'trauma' through the events experienced, and it takes time to recover from that. But a year should be long enough.

Which, combined with the great fundamental progress and severe undervaluation here, should mean that a sustained share price rerating upwards is now underway.

Exercise of Warrants

YOLO Leisure and Technology plc, the AIM-quoted company focusing on opportunities in the travel, technology and leisure sectors, announces that it has received notification from warrant holder to exercise of warrants over 389,423 ordinary shares of 1 pence each exercised at a price of 1.3 pence per share in the capital of the Company.

The warrants have been exercised by Anne Louise-Reilly-Akers, the wife of Mr Chris Akers, who is a significant shareholder in the company. Mr Chris Akers holds 6,460,432 YOLO shares, representing 4.7% of the enlarged share capital of the Company. Following the exercise of warrants their combined interest will be 7,157,547 YOLO shares, representing 5.2% of the enlarged share capital of the Company, of which 697,115 shares are held by Anne-Louise Reilly-Akers.

The Company has made application for the 389,423 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 21 April 2015. The 389,423 new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following admission of the shares detailed above, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 137,941,970 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Last week you could buy £10k worth at 1.25p today they want 1.49, hardly any trades so not sure why the raise in the price.

ACO director Charles Goodfellow delivered a fine result to Touchstone (TGL) last November, with their bargain acquisition of the quality tech security company GOS Systems from the administrators.

And there must be plenty of distressed mining and oil assets knocking about at the moment ...

Draganfly, mcap c£450k. cash £180k. Very clean no legacy issues.

Raised £360k last November from a concert party of very active Resource stock players/investors.

No asset yet but six months something must be brewing.

Guys like those detailed in the link below don't just chuck money away and this is the cleanest low mcap shell on AIM .
