There have been several similar announcements from a variety of companies. Looks as though MMs are wanting stock. With working from home it's hardly surprising that there will be delays in the audit process.
Could be on the radar...some might want chain..others the torque business.

Hopefully a bit of an over reaction to the delayed results, I am holding and buying dips as I see a US major swallowing these up later in 2021/22 for small change. Plenty of M&A ahead imo dyor
