03/4/2019 22:53 | I was quite shocked by Selftrade who both allocated the shares and returned the money back to my account last Thursday. This may be due to the fact that after the Phoenix rights issue and almost a week later with no allocation I went onto trustpilot and gave them both barrels. I ended up getting very friendly with the head of customer services. Even gave me her direct line. I guess the fact I had 300k invested with them in dealing and isa accounts oiled the wheels but they looked to have upped their game. Having been their biggest critic I will stick my neck out and recommend them. | schofip
03/4/2019 22:24 | Yep. 70.3% allocation on my excess application too. | ec2
03/4/2019 11:37 | The separation has occurred on Hargreaves. 13000 applied for, 9535 received of which 1334 were due anyway. Leaves 8201/ 11666 or 70.3% on the excess. So existing shareholders possibly getting more picking up non-participants'one ninth? A point made earlier by schofip. Now tradeable at noon. | stewart64
03/4/2019 09:15 | The receiving bank or in this case Link should have calculated the allocations on 28th March based on instructions received from TRIG and their advisors. I suspect HL and the like are holding back from allocating to their clients until they receive back the returned money payments. | ec2
03/4/2019 08:40 | Think it might be more down to Trig doing the allocation in batches rather than the broker. | stewart64
02/4/2019 20:15 | Or get another broker? | trekker60
02/4/2019 20:14 | Me neither, iWeb (which is Lloyds anyway) just showing the shares I asked for on a separate line to TRIG. Oh well, maybe tomorrow. | goldry
02/4/2019 19:39 | Well still not sorted for me in spite of indications from the broker it would be. The moral of the story, a watched kettle never boils. | stewart64
02/4/2019 17:09 | Lloyds showing mine separate to main holding, hopefully get updated in due course. Also got HICL sitting in limbo too... | carpingtris
02/4/2019 14:47 | My AJ Bell are still showing as provisional | belgraviaboy
02/4/2019 14:45 | AJ Bell sorted it on Thursday. They also pay REIT dividends in one go - with II I have to wait months for the tax part of the dividend. Just bad service. | shieldbug
02/4/2019 14:07 | Hargreaves stating it will be sorted by 5pm, there is scaling back; I assume full entitlement to one ninth plus 60.8% of excess. | stewart64
02/4/2019 13:38 | Lloy account which is usually quite good. Just bought the 1 for 9, you have to contact them to sell, you cannot do it in the normal way online. Shares still not amalgamated with the main holding. So guess a day or two more to sort out. | drectly
02/4/2019 13:20 | looks like ii have now sorted the allocation (on the investments page) but not yet credited back the value for shares not allocated. | ashbox
02/4/2019 12:05 | I am not completely sure how it works but I think the platforms apply for the shares in bulk rather than for each individual investor. Also I think they total up the number of share allocations based on investors current holdings (i.e. 1 for 9)wether they have subscribed for them or not and then add on all the open offer requests. This can mean that they receive a greater % of shares for distribution. This happened to me with a similar open offer where I actually got my full allocation of shares with no scaling back. That was with Selftrade. | schofip
02/4/2019 10:03 | Just been onto iWeb. They are waiting to hear from TRIG. She said to get back in touch on Friday if the account hadn't been updated by then! | goldry
02/4/2019 10:01 | Nothing yet from my Halifax Sharedealing ISA | tcuc3e
02/4/2019 09:22 | cwa1..still not established if this delay is just on the ninth plus extra as it involves a more complicated formula. If anybody has received allocation on that basis could they post, would knock that theory on the head. Notwithstanding that any formula shouldn't be a problem for a modern computer. ( if you are batching then every percentage is different on an individual basis for this grouping) | stewart64
02/4/2019 08:37 | Still nothing from ii this morning which is, frankly, disappointing. I've messaged them and would ask any any other holders with them do likewise to see if the process can be pushed along a bit. | cwa1
01/4/2019 21:58 | I received mine (from Charles Stanley), although I only asked for the 1/9th. | push n run
01/4/2019 17:44 | Has any existing shareholder got the allocation, just trying to explain this staggered sorting. And wouldn't the formula be ( one ninth times x existing shareholding in full + excess x 60.8% approx)? | stewart64
01/4/2019 17:15 | Still waiting on Interactive Investor also. | skyblue65
01/4/2019 16:16 | Still nothing for me, thought it would be sorted by mid afternoon | goldry
01/4/2019 11:15 | The Share centre (share.com) had it sorted around lunchtime on 28/3. 60.8% seems to be the magic number. | thamestrader |
