24/11/2015 09:48 | lol !!!!! So whats the bear points then ? | hvs
24/11/2015 09:00 | An excellent set of results from the core business although a couple of bear points : The headline figures flatter somewhat as they have incurred additional losses in the year from the discontinued Allenbuild operation. This reduces the headline basic EPS from 21.34 to 9.57p. This liability terminates in Jan 2016 so should have a much reduced (if any) effect next year. Secondly the two newest acquisitions, Forefront and Clarke Telecom both performed below expectations - although I can't disagree with management's assertion that the long term market for both business is strong. | glaws2
24/11/2015 08:29 | 400p looks a certainty in time, that's before any upgrades. Well done to all at R.N.W.H, one of the finest performing, reliable and defensive stocks in the marketplace. I raise my holding evaluation point to 400p, as I hold a massive pot of these, and have added further today, with great confidence. | santangello
24/11/2015 08:26 | In recent weeks, the Board has seen a number of good quality, potential acquisitions across all market sectors of our Engineering Services business and we continue to pursue appropriate earnings enhancing additions to the Group. Looks like our portfolio of excellent companies will be added to shortly, as ever onwards and upwards | mick33
24/11/2015 08:22 | Easy now. But you cant but applaud. Brian May u is a STAR. Well done. | hvs

24/11/2015 07:54 | Very solid results, 40% hike in the divi. | market sniper1
24/11/2015 07:35 | Excellent that they have achieved their 500m target | thecroots
24/11/2015 07:32 | I'd like to see the div hiked a bit more as only a yield of 2% at current prices! | thecroots
24/11/2015 07:11 | Excellent results - 26.03p EPS is well ahead of expectations (24.9p EPS). And the 7p dividend is way ahead of the expected 6p. Order books are well up on last year, so looking good for this year. Lots of good appointments too, particularly in nuclear. The interesting thing is that both gas and telecoms infrastructure have been slow to get moving and have underperformed this year - but both have huge potential. Imagine if and when these markets too start to shift into gear.... | rivaldo
24/11/2015 07:07 | Yes very good indeed debt coming down and will be net cash by next year and divi's are growing very quickly!! | saj3
24/11/2015 07:04 | That'll do nicely. The Group enters the 2015/16 financial year in a strong position. The Board previously published targets for 2017 of Group revenue in excess of GBP500m, Group operating profit margin prior to exceptional items and amortisation of 4.5% and growth in EPS on that basis of at least 40% from the reported level of 20.8p in 2014. The Group revenue target has been achieved with these results. The Group has also delivered an 11% improvement in Group operating margin to 3.9% and a 25% increase in EPS giving the Board confidence that the Group is on track to deliver on these strategic targets | broadwood
23/11/2015 16:07 | Sp tickling an ATH today ; is it portentous of tomorrows results ? | wad collector
23/11/2015 15:02 | Results tomorrow and this is what WHI had to say this morning Renew Holdings (RNWH) – Buy – Results Preview (Finals tomorrow) Market Cap £207m Price 337.5p Target 400p We highlight RNWH ahead of tomorrow’s FY2015E results. We see the company as a beneficiary of (1) a strong market position as a leading provider of a range of focused engineering services, (2) a positive environment, particularly with regard to infrastructure spend, (3) a balance sheet which remains in good shape, with net cash in prospect in the coming year, (4) a positive order book. In terms of RNWH’s markets, we expect the Shepley nuclear business, a strong leader in its sector, to have continued to deliver against a backdrop of commitment to nuclear hazard risk reduction. AMP6 framework activities are a further driver, and RNWH’s rail maintenance business has proved a strong performer over a long period. Despite double digit EPS performance, the valuation remains relatively undemanding, at a c.12x PE for the coming year for a stock which in our view deserves a premium. We reiterate our Buy recommendation | harrogate
23/11/2015 14:28 | Nice new 7 month project for RNWH's Seymour Civil Engineering: | rivaldo
17/11/2015 08:08 | Certainly was a strong finish last night, including a £14k buy at 340p. | rivaldo
16/11/2015 17:59 | Not sure it is a real movement - since they moved to SETS the end of day price sometimes doesn't mean much - we will see tomorrow when it opens I guess but there were quite a few trades juts before 4.30pm | harrogate

11/11/2015 09:09 | More revenue for the bottom line.Thanx as always Rivaldo. Not long now..... | santangello
11/11/2015 07:33 | Contract win for VHE: "Return to Aston for VHE 06 November 2015 Following our successful remediation project for the Homes and Communities Agency at the Serpentine AMH site in Aston, Birmingham, VHE have secured the contract to remediate and prepare for development the former Rylands Garage site which is on the opposite side of Aston Hall Road. Works are being carried out on behalf of Birmingham City Council and will be undertaken in three phases by VHE. The initial phase will include the removal of tanks and interceptors from the site and the recovery of LNAPL free product from within the ground. The former New Adventures pub is incorporated within the site and it is to be demolished as part of the subsequent phases, however additional borehole installation and monitoring will form part of the initial phase in order to confirm final remediation requirements. The final phase of works will comprise the removal of slabs and residual building foundations along with the re-engineering of made ground to create a platform for future development. Works will adhere to the Birmingham Business Charter for Social Responsibility with phase one scheduled for completion before the end of 2015." | rivaldo
09/11/2015 13:42 | Todays volume is impressive. | hvs
27/10/2015 23:21 | The trades at 344p and 344.75p have to be buys, it's just the web site reporting which couldn't keep up :o)) Considering the paltry volumes, perhaps there are delayed trades yet to be disclosed given the terrific finish. Otherwise let's see how it opens. | rivaldo
27/10/2015 17:17 | Nice little run up before the bell ; couple of sells at 344p. | wad collector
27/10/2015 07:43 | RNS - results will be out on 24th November, and as sharw states we already know that they'll be nicely in line, with continued H2 growth and good debt reduction: | rivaldo |
