I would say so it's custom and practice with this share that weak holders are shook out to free up stock prior to a leg up

Rf - it's not the case in all instances. I can appreciate concerns with previous mgt and behaviour, I think in this instance you are way off the mark sir. But good luck to you. However if you are not invested I don't get your motive of wasting time on here. Dilution is not always a bad move..... Equity capital, some great treatments and now close to market.

that big black hole is called raising as much legal cash as possible and diluting the the life out of the poor foolish mug punter 'wannabe' get rich quick speculators who cant see the gap widening even more so in front of their very eyes!

these guys will not be around for you when the cash has burnt out this time. they will go it alone leaving you all holding the baby along with a shedload of worthless paper!

on admission 10 years ago the company had a mkt cap of £23.37m at a share price of 25p each.
the company now has a mkt cap of £170m at a share price of 5.3p each.

if on day two of admission the share price dropped to 5.3p the mkt cap would have been £4.4m
today with the share price at 5.3p the mkt cap is £170m

the difference between £4.4m and £170m is just a tad under 40x

they floated 93.5m shares on admission and now have a grand total of 3.2bn shares

and guess what? there is that 40x difference again.

go figure boys n girls!

Is anyone else reminded of the sitcom ' 'Allo, 'Allo ' when thinking of this company?

Yes rf without doing the detailed maths and using your numbers...£80m with less money in bankAddition of ~£70m into bank (as equity capital) and the value of the business goes up. It's quite simple. Equity capital/working capital to bring some tremendous and beneficial treatments to market. What don't you get?

what happened here this week then? oh right i see it now, the market cap went from £80m to £170m but the share price went down a tick. lol, i wonder how that happened? oh yes i get it now, they diluted the granny out of the beloved shareholders once again and absorbed the (would be) double in share price into the company coffers via mass dilution. haha a spot of deja vu here as i remember the company going from £40m to £80m overnight when they dumped the other extra billion worthless chits into the mix 18 months ago. this is the only company on the exchange that doubles its market cap every two years relative to the share price actually going down. lol, do you get it now guys?

No I agree with you, nsk1. Or, having 1.8 bn shares in issue means that on any one day there's an mm imbalance, or somesuch, for them to work through. But I've no idea how it all works really & always am left wondering what's going on when you see what we've had here today.

It started the day at 5.420. It's now 5.425. So,....it's jumped !Given the ratio of buys to sells I think we would expect an increase! So, it makes sense , nsk1.
