I would surmise that Rocket has bought at a much higher price and has perhaps lost a lot of money. I hate to see that happen to any investor. Indeed I have been there myself on occasions. It can leave one feeling rather embittered. You have to empathise with him.

Thanks for the advice maden. I've now filtered. The negativity has got boring and I don't think rf realises that if just one of RENE's products is successful the company's share price will soar to many times its current valuation. This is a risk well worth taking in my view. Have a good weekend.

it will be the likes of woodford who will step in and play white knight at the eleventh hour just before the administrators are brought in when this latest heist of cash runs dry. they will offer the desperate shareholders a few million (1p per share if they are lucky) for the company when its on its knees. watch and learn boys n girls!

Fair point Madengland. I suppose a 50% profit on your investment is worth banking if you were in at 3-4p but the fact that the placing went at a premium suggests to me that there is much more to come with this share. But being in for the long term I guess I would say that...

Maybe people too slicing who are in 3-4p...... No harm in that. Adds liquidity and they de risk. There are buyers out there.Would not be surprised to see an IC or shares mag update later this week and a few more buyers.

Think you are missing a few points.1. We are a lot closer to market and successful news than we've ever been. Extremely exciting news potential 2. There has been a lot of churn of shares over years, but of course some will sell on the way up, not many to date since rns if you believe the reported numbers3. This is not just WOODFORD buying in, other funds have including new holders Given stage of trials and premium placing, I think people may be buying in anticipation.

Everything starts totally funded; it is the time that gets out of control; I*f you work out the average cost of Mr Woodford and buy at =20% when these will cut back you should not go far wrong

There are a boatload of shares at 2.5p; when excitement wears off, some of them will hold this back; Neil, who is already showing performance on his book, fancies a great exit eventually, but meantime who knows where they will head;
