I note today's update via email and the strong support for the fund raise etc.

A quick update. After a discussion with Barclays Corporate Actions, they have acknowledged the corporate situation with Renalytix/Verici, and they anticipate showing the beneficial shares in early November to align with the admission.

HL are now showing the number of shares set to be received in the IPO. I've just been through the admission document and am delighted to have the opportunity to be involved from the start - genetic testing for things (see NVTA, Personalis, Twist etc in the US) is a very hot space at the moment so I hope post listing the shares perform well as progress is made...I see no reason why the performance won't follow the same trajectory of renx itself over time. They are using the IPO money to conduct multi centre trials, lab cirtification etc... same pathway as renx! All being well it will be another nasdaq float 2-3 years down the line or someone like Caredx will buy it.

Although 19th Oct was the suggested date regarding the offering and pricing, I can’t see any announcement on the Vericidx website; is this correct? Also are they listed on Aim yet?

@Cambridgedon, it’s 1 Verici share for every 1 RENX share held at the time the shares went ex div.

Glad to see things are sorting themselves out for everyone. I’ve also got mine on HL & showing the correct amount, do not have them on Barclays yet but just a matter of time. Quite tempted to try and add a few more on the open offer at a valuation of £28m with £14m or so cash... what does everyone else think of the valuation?

Still all quiet on A J Bell. Have spoken to them and asked them to read the RNS. They are behind the ball on this one.
Can someone remind me of the terms of the free shares (ie how many do you get for each RENX held.)
Thanks,
CD

Emailed HL after contributing here 14.29 - VericiDx shares have appeared on my account now. Perhaps distribution was all set up to do when VericiDX listing was insight.

Great.

Just had this from Vericidx....

Good afternoon,

Hope you are well.

You are receiving this email as you have subscribed to the Verici DX email distribution list.

We have been asked the same question by a number of private investors today so wanted to take this opportunity to clarify in case you were thinking the same thing.

The Restricted Offer is still going ahead. We’ve not launched it yet and had originally hoped to send out details yesterday - but haven’t gone live thus far. When the Restricted Offer launches and details available, rest assured, you are on our list and we’ll send you an email to confirm.

I've spoken to Hargreaves - they should get stock in next couple of days at which point it will be applied to the relevant accounts - why they are slower than anyone else I don't know.

Im also asking about applying for some verici shares in the IPO but doubt I'll get that chance if they are only raising 0.5mil there.

I haven't been contacted today.

They only said "on or around" Monday but they have a deadline for application so I contacted info@verici.com & media@renalytixai.com after both emails to wallbrook addresses failed - verici@wallbrookpr.com & renalytixai@wallbrookpr

Has anyone else been contacted?

HL have made no contact or entries concerning restricted offer or shres in specie

I emailed HL on Friday but received no reply. They did reply concerning SNG open offer that happened to be happening at about the same time & that offer has not been processed.

Suspect RENX haven't contacted brokers (guess) & haven't discounted the possibility of shares in specie not being processed.

Best that we all flag the issue to our respective brokers where it has arisen.

The first issue is that my broker will not be supporting the Restricted Offer and therefore an application has been made to Verici's Regitrar to allow direct applications but even if this is accepted in principle the Halifax has to firstly provide a certificate that I do indeed own the Qualifying shares in a suitably timely manner.

Additionally from previous comments it appears that certain brokers have not even gone as far as the Halifax in at least crediting the shares to nominee accounts making the job even more difficult in those cases.

A task that ought to be dead simple, hence the short time frames, is becoming frustratingly complicated.

I do apologise for not making myself clearer earlier.

I’m not particularly sure what the concern is here? Until the company has officially IPO’d (a date should be confirmed on Monday when the placing completes), I don’t know why a broker would allocate or distribute shares? Also why would RENX be bothered about distribution of shares until they have completed the IPO?

They announced there will be a shareholder meeting on the 27th October as it is, so all questions can be addressed then. Personally I suspect we’ll be informed when the IPO completes on Monday.

As for point B, it’s all detailed in the RNS on 13th October...

“Qualifying Shareholders who wish to confirm their interest in participating in the Restricted Offer prior to the formal commencement of applications may register their interest through the Company website at the following address www.vericidx.com where they may also register for future shareholder alerts to be sent to them by email. All such Qualifying Shareholders registering on the website prior to 11.00 a.m. on Friday 16 October 2020 to will also receive an email from the Company or LINK as its agent, alerting them to the commencement of the Restricted Offer and the availability of the application form.

Once open, the Restricted Offer will be open for a maximum of 5 business days and the Company reserves the right to close the Restricted Offer sooner. Qualifying Shareholders are therefore encouraged to register their details electronically via the website to avoid delays in receiving the letter alerting them to the commencement of the Restricted Offer application process and also to check the Company's website and other news sources from Monday 19 October 2020.

The application form will ONLY be made available online and after the pricing announcement has been made via a regulatory information service, a further letter (and for those Qualifying Shareholders who have registered their details online, also a further email) will be sent containing details of how to access the online form.

Following the application period, the Company will announce the result of the Restricted Offer, confirm the finalisation of the Fundraising and the expected Admission date for Verici Shares to commence trading on AIM.“

has anyone heard from Verici or their broker about:

a) What has happened to our in specie shares? Still not shown for me
b) How we go about acquiring more shares? Brokers are saying they haven't heard anything from RENX about this?

Seems like the retail investor will get left behind again
