I had money in this during the placing where we were allocated warrants only to have them voted away.. well what a huge mistake that was.. the momentum was positive prior to this spat by Mr Cave and fellow "share holders" led to a sell off of which the share price never recovered.. fellow shafted investors like myself sold out for a quick profit. Had you not shafted the ppl funding this bloody mask thing positive momentum would of likely led to exercising of warrants at 3 if I remember correctly.. now you will be raising at fraction of that (if you can) the company looks dead to me. Should be a lesson to those hostile share holders who shafted us that funded at the placing.. I never want to see anyone lose money but if you voted in the agm back when, then learn a lesson on your loss and it becomes a gain.

Excellent post from Luckyclicker about Terminator101 aka Fake ArnieWarren Buffet" When listening to the opinion of fools always assume the opposite is true " Fake Arnie and all his multiple personalities masquerading as your friendly financial advisor who wants to steal your money posting on 50 shared forums a day because he is concerned for the ordinary investor he doesn't invest in any of the the shares he posts on he just spent 7-days a week of his life posting on 50 share forums out of the goodness of his heart telling all the genuine investors what Bad Companys they are invested in in and to get out quick before the next placeing comes but he is quick to single out one ordinary genuine investor who has only posted on one share very infrequently luckyclicker to say what a scammer he is I think it's time to smell the coffee and see who the real scammer is HUH!"

Anyone listening to Terminator101 aka Fake Arnie and his aliases needs the head examining He works as a toilet attendant and not a good one at that I hear. TW has him working 7 days a week 16 hours a day trolling around 35 share forums and he doesn't have a penny invested in any of these companies.Ask yourself why he does it. He doesn't do it as a superman for all investors. He is a scammer. Nothing more Nothing less but a bad one that has been found out and doesn't like it.

I'm going to start a parliamentary petition to have the 19 July as a bank holiday and name it "Gareth Cave day", I mean where would the country be if it hadn't been for the good doctor and all his efforts in quickly producing billions of overpriced face nappies and rushing them to the market and making all that profit got investors.

Hilarious. You are a deranged psychopath deramping Fake Arnie following me around like a love sick puppy. You can?t take it that you were caught posting false information on adme to fool newbie investors, and were also caught red handed running a boiler room with your multi IDs. How?s that going by the way?

"This is an investors BB and for investors to give their opinions and views and generally help each other with ideas etc!
You lot are none of these things!! Are you??"

This is a bulletin board run by ADVFN and nowhere do they stipulate that only bona fide shareholders of a particular share are allowed to post on that share. As a discussion forum what ADVFN have done is to provide the facility where BOTH positive AND negative views can be aired. As an avowed bull of RMS (and its predecessor Aero) you should be able to provide a robust defence of your investment thesis. That does not include the labelling of all others whose views differ from your's as "fat controllers", "user names", etc.

I would urge a rudimentary understanding of the market that you are a participant in viz:

What is a share
What am I buying
What affects a share price and its movements
What is the price of a share - not in absolute terms but relative to it's salient metrics eg P/E ratio, price to book, price to sales, etc
What is a balance sheet and what items are found on it
What is a profit and loss account
What is a cashflow statement
What is the pedigree of the BODs
What value have they previously created for their shareholders
Are they buyers or sellers of the shares
What are the RNSes REALLY trying to tell me
Are there any Institutional Investors
If not then why not
What options do the BODs hold, at what price
Are they exercising the same and dumping them
If so why
What product does the company make
Have they made them successfully
If so then have they managed to sell them
To whom
At what price and profit margin
How many would they need to sell to break even
What net profits would they need to make to justify the market cap
Are there any competitors
What market share do they have
What are their distribution channels
Are any based in a terraced house in Blackpool
Why not
Do they know a Mr McIntyre
Why not

etc

As you can see it is a tricky old game. And no amount of multiplying the population of the planet by a fictitious number can be said to be analysis.

RE: RNS outToday 18:11
1) How can I access a proxy vote:
a. These are available on the Company’s website:
hxxps://wp-rms-2020.s3.eu-west2.amazonaws.com/media/2021/01/27081416/Proxy-from-GM-12-2-21.pdf

2) What are the votes required to stop the issue of warrants?
a. The issue of the warrants is conditional, in part, on the passing of a special
resolution. Special resolutions require a majority of 75% of those voting to
vote in favour. Therefore, if more than 25% of those voting, vote against
Resolution 2, the warrants cannot be issued.

3) What will you do with the proceeds raised from the £5million?
a. The detailed use of the proceeds is currently under consideration and more
information on this will be made available to the public in due course

4) What has happened to the 400m shares issued in December? Why have there been
no Holdings Notices announced?
a. Holding Notices are only required to be issued where an investor holds at
least 3% of a company’s issued share capital. That the Company has not
received any such notices suggests that no investors with a notifiable holding
participated in the placing before Christmas.

5) Why is there no sign of forecasts in the market?
a. Currently. there are no analysts following the Company, nor has the Company
commissioned any third-party research to be produced as it would not be
appropriate at this early stage in the development of the Company’s
subsidiaries.

6) What is the purpose of raising further funds?
a. RMS do not have any reason to raise further funds at this time

7) What are the email details of the two new board members?
a. All questions can be sent to rms@investor-focus.co.uk. This mailbox has been
established to improve dialogue with shareholder queries and improve
Investor Relations

8) Why are two resolutions needed to issue shares?
a. The issue of shares is subject to the passing of an ordinary resolution by a
simple majority of shareholders. However, the ability to issue those shares
for cash, other than to existing shareholders in proportion to their holding in
the Company (known as pre-emption rights), requires the passing of a special
resolution to disapply those pre-emption rights.

9) What happens if resolutions 1 and 3 pass but 2 and 4 fail?
a. The Warrants connected with the recent placing cannot be issued as both
Resolutions 1 and 2 are needed for that purpose. The Company can issue
shares, for example under options schemes to reward employees, but cannot
issue shares for cash except to existing shareholders

10) Why do companies not issue shares to existing shareholders first?
a. This approach is time consuming and the costs are prohibitive with no
certainty that companies will secure the required funding if shareholders do
not take up their rights or entitlements (for example through an Open Offer
or Rights Issue);

11) What will happen if all these resolutions fail?
a. The Company currently has the authority to issue up to a further 172 mil
