Thanks for that link Skyship, a good read showing forecast of steady growth in NAV and dividends.

At some point the discount should surely reduce too as the market recognises that the dividends are reliable.

Skyship - added to header as requested.

jimbowen - this is still a buy relative to the stock market. Good yield, good discount to nav, good portfolio, good management.

Mar'19 - Finals Presentation:

LG - if you see this, could you perhaps add to the Header; in addition to or as replacement for the Interims Presentation. Thnx...

90p was an amazing price; and for once, thankfully, I decided to over-ride my normal rule of MAX 10% allocation. Went to 15% allocation; and of course that has moved on a bit since! Interesting to note that even at 107p the historic yield is still 7.5%.

Fifth time today of banging it’s head off 107p. Can it do it?

Don't mind seeing a healthy rise on a 10% pf position but bit annoyed it seems to be moving before the next isa allowance can be used on monday.

Since I guess lots of people on here are income investors, I would like to mention Secure Trust Bank (STB). They are on a PE of 10 and pay 6% dividend. They just issued their final results for last year which showed strong growth. I hold them (of course).

Curious for the IC to write a buy tip immediately pre-results, released post-results, but perhaps they'd had a steer. Will wait to see if any further spike.

Today might be an appropriate moment to say "thank you" Skyship for first bringing RGL to my attention. All of my holding was bought last year at various prices below 100p with some useful dividends received and in prospect making this a solid "hold" in my pension portfolio.

Most likely late-reported for that size (NMS a puny 5k shares), so a tidy buy from someone.

900k @ 104.8p....wonder which way that was. They were 104.6p-105.0p at the time.

On RGL, just lie back and think of England. You won’t go far wrong.

Agreed. My largest core holding at 15% allocation; and will stay that way. Especially as it would seem that interest rates are globally softening again!

I agree. Not going anywhere fast, but one to tuck away and forget. Sleep soundly and spend the dividends. Happy holder.
