10/2/2016 14:52 | Should have kept my mouth shut lol. | battlebus2
08/2/2016 23:03 | MM's certainly keen to absorb all the sells at 202. Good luck Adam can't fault anyone for taking profits in anything with current markets. | battlebus2
08/2/2016 22:56 | Investing is all about what your happy with & what strategy you use. If it were as easy as some like to think then we would all be millionaires. Running through the figures makes sense as does taking in both bear & bull points. As far as rgs is concerned, i am a buyer at these levels having bought an initial 1700 @ 177, I have since added 3 x taking my holding to just under 8k. I think we will see a re-rating over coming months as long as markets hold up. | cocker
08/2/2016 22:20 | I've sold my remaining holding since the disposal announcement given the uncertainty around value and my back of the envelope post-deal valuation. This is: - £5.4m HOP in year to Jun-15 - Assume it grows by 20% (ie very strongly!) this year so £6.5m in year to Jun-15 - Assume £1.5m central costs down from £5.2m (execs earned over £600k excl bonuses, add in a few other central people, office costs etc) - Knock of some amortisation and tax at 15% - post tender offer share count of 54.6m gives EPS of 7.4p Then if you assume a PE of 30x, you get a price of 221p, 25x gives 184p I think my central cost assumption is probably a little low, hence the 205p price today feels like a fair price to exit. My figures also assume a PEG of 1.25x - 1.5x so assumptions don't feel outrageous All the best to holders; I'll be keeping an eye on to see what it looks like post the disposal Adam | adamb1978
08/2/2016 13:31 | New research report out this morning from Equity development with regards to Friday's divestment hxxp://www.equitydev | brummy_git
08/2/2016 09:19 | Risk / reward than quite possibly. My only advice in these uncertain markets is to invest in companies with little or no debt. | cocker
08/2/2016 08:48 | so is this thetime to add? | ali47fish
08/2/2016 07:26 | Good to see the director buying on Friday - particularly at 213p :o)) Very keen. | rivaldo
05/2/2016 21:36 | Another interesting thing about today's announcement is that they're presumably planning to grow the remaining business by acquisition. Sale nets them £75m however they're only returning £50m to shareholders. Headline terms of the deal look fair to me and also increases the chances of the rest of the company being acquired now that its a pure play company. There wouldn't have ever been many buyers for the combined buinsess | adamb1978
05/2/2016 19:08 | Yes it's all too the good. The Company has been notified today that Ian Powell, Executive Director, has on 5 February 2016 bought 9,389 Ordinary Shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 213.0p per share. Following this, Mr Powell is interested in 11,358 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital. | battlebus2
05/2/2016 18:14 | Director buys a few shares then. Albeit small it is still nice to see a stream of buys coming from them. Let's hope other board members put their hands in their pockets. | cocker
05/2/2016 16:11 | That will only be temporary imv, trading has been strong...... | battlebus2
05/2/2016 16:02 | Measure, RGS mrk cap of 160mill should inc the value of the business being sold today. Its happened to me before with Heritage Oil, once the special dividend gets paid the amount comes off the share price almost immediately. Sometimes I feel the money would be better spent, either by a share back programme or to leave it in the bank for future use. | cocker
05/2/2016 15:25 | If they are planning to distribute £50m to shareholders once the sale of the repair business has been completed, that should amount to circa 62p per share or am I missing something here? | masurenguy
05/2/2016 15:12 | Been quite a good week for you Riv ;¬) | supernumerary
05/2/2016 15:07 | Nice - new 320p target price, up from 270p.... "Panmure Lifts Target Price on Regenersis 1034 GMT Panmure Gordon raises its target price on Regenersis to 320p from 270p after the software company agreed to sell its Repair Services Business to CTDI Repair Services for EUR103.5 million. The brokerage says this values the assets towards the top end of the expected valuation range. Has a buy rating. Shares +8% at 208.5p." | rivaldo
05/2/2016 08:43 | Cheers paleje - looked back and Peel Hunt expected £75m in total, so this is deffo a very good result with Digital Care still to come. Last year Digital Care had £3m turnover and £0.1m HOP, so should make another £1m or two to the right buyers. Blancco looks a great business and should attract a premium/high rating. | rivaldo
05/2/2016 08:31 | Certainly no sentiment with it, not knocking any sh return but Im more interested in the turn around of the Business. Taken a few more | pj 1
05/2/2016 08:24 | I think ED said gross 60-80 but that included Digital Care so a good result. Any idea what Digital is worth? | paleje
05/2/2016 08:04 | Brilliant news - that's around £80m for the sale, when from memory the top estimates were £70m-£75 Plus the Digital Care business is to be sold too, so more to come. No wonder the market's pleased. | rivaldo
05/2/2016 08:01 | Excellent news....50 million to be returned to shareholders... | battlebus2
29/1/2016 17:25 | someone is loading up with that 450k. Looking very interesting at the moment & perhaps news of the sell may just be the start of a bull run for RGS. | cocker
28/1/2016 22:46 | Nice close - two large 225k trades at 185p seemed to spark it off. | rivaldo
26/1/2016 15:22 | Just joined the party with a 1700 small buy. Will add if & when | cocker |
