Cant' buy a single RGM share online currently, IG want 1p for just £500 of stock.

The next move up will be a big one IMO.

Seriously. Who is selling all the RGM shares? Has a significant investor been selling down like at Ascent Resources? Is a significant investor still selling down their holding? Will shareholders in RGM have to wait 3 months to find out like shareholders at Ascent Resources? The MO is there for all to see. A significant shareholder selling will not stop cash raises at RGM. It did not stop them at Ascent Resources. Parsons has a tenancy to distract shareholders from poor news with the irrelevant. Yesterday, the RNS informed shareholders there would be a name change. It was a RNS about an upcoming RNS which would give information about a name change. What about Southport and the revenues which were supposed to be generated from it in June 2020? What about talks at WoWo Gap? Have telephones lines to Australia been cut? I suspect Parsons has been knocked back at WoWo. Much like with Mambare where he has to rely on tidbits of news they might release. Be careful.

The re-brand & name change is a precursor for significant growth and deliverance of shareholder value creation. More news will be forthcoming soon enough.

Have added more over recent times, built a decent position, one thing that the market seems to have missed is the financial muscle of the new Strategic Investor in Regency, namely Sinom Group.



Regency management did comment on the importance of this investor in a recent (lengthy) interview.

Liquidity issues moves the share price fast.

Take note prospective investors.

The bears were saying the same things about Red Rock (RRR) just recently the share price has trebled.

AIM is fickle and sentiment can turn in a flash, it will here.

Its very nearly 2 months since the last £200k raising in order to make a £25k purchase suggesting funds are getting low .



RGM contribution to Mambare infrastructure and exploration for 2019 - 2020 was only A$50k and a 9% surrendering of their holding .This IMHO is by no means enough contribution to their share of the costs and I suspect that meeting those legally binding obligations may explain why £1.5m raised since Jan appears to have disappeared .


The next placing will confirm this.

A name change. What sort of people want to change their name? What sort of people need to hide their past? Help you to forget. Forget the massive loss in share value. Forget the continual cash raises for the benefit of management. Forget the failure to produce any nickel in twenty years. Parsons is going to have to spend time going around all his failed companies and changing their names. The upside is that he is well remunerated at each company. It is only shareholders who lose out. He sees to that. Is this the swirl of upcoming news well touted? Will be reveal the lack of progress in PNG? Or where Southport is? Perhaps Parsons needs to change his name. It is easily done. He removed all his Sound Energy videos off the web whilst he was still at the company. He has form. What's going on at Ascent Resources Parsons? A significant shareholder selling down their holding though a period of two cash raises? Did you know about it? It went on for months. Is the same significant shareholder doing the same at Regency? Have you checked? Three cash raises in eight months here. Are the shares being pumped whilst a significant shareholder is selling? Are shareholders being treated as mugs?

The time to buy micro cap juniors like Regency is when no-one is looking, as soon as the market suspects material news they will shut you out.

I am fully loaded now and expecting that material news shortly.

Where is your money going? In a pump everyone buys and the share price rises. Sponsored by the good doctor. But who takes your cash? Naive investors might get a clue if they look at the 4 after hours RNSs, yes four, issued by AST yesterday. Parsons is executive chairman there too. Significant shareholder,Riverfort Global, sold down its holding starting in March and through April and May. It informed the company yesterday. Yes, yesterday. During that time there were two cash raises at AST at 5p and 2.75p. The share price crumbled to 2.125p. Luckily, the placees never knew what was happening in the background.Or the mug punters who believed the stories and thought the shares were cheap. Sound familiar? Three cash raises at RGM since December. Unrealized stories from the company. A reluctant, significant shareholder, Riverfort Global. Mug punters abounding. A falling share price. 3p+ in December. Other reluctant significant shareholders. A need to pump the shares on a regular basis. The rules put in place to protect shareholders are being stretched continually. Be careful. Your cash is at risk.

This has multi bag potential, do not forget the new deep pocketed Strategic Investor (Sinom Group) who will be able to fund Regency to pursue and develop those nickel projects in PNG.
