Speculator6 Thank you for sharing your thoughts and information from the AGM. RPT has surprised and shocked us a few times. I am sure a few are left in the storage for us yet. I am hoping for a pleasant ones.

Share buy'back doesn't make sense. There aren't too many free floating shares anyway. We need to buy sysngery companies or a special dividend.

We need some positive news on drilling front.

I think the buy back is an extraordinary mistake if the BOD makes such a thing. In order the paper to go up it is needed the increasing of free float that's mean increasing of share capital by editing new shares.

I had hoped to go, but have a bad back.If anyone is going to the AGM, perhaps they could ask:

Now that the company is profitable and has cash in excess of forseable requirements, why does the company not pay this out to shareholders in the form of a dividend ?

The other question is presumably the previous shareholders reached an agreement on price with some form of audit of the O+G properties [resources+ reserves], what can the management tell us about this and do they know what price was agreed?

Expanding Shareholder base means for me : ultra new shareholders with resignation of existing shareholders for the participation of increasing the share capital.

Good points s6, but these AIM companies hardly ever take notice of shareholders. I dont even know why some of them are listed at all ??

I sent an email to them(Company) twice asking if they have intention to pay some divident and I never received any anshwer.
IMO tomorrow someone (London citizen)should go at the AGM .

"Expanding Shareholder base" - Offering shares to existing shareholders? Or issuing more shares to anyone interested and at what price?

The key here is that fundamentals of the company are in excellent state. Interest in takeover was good too.

We wait and see what transpires.

If, like me , you have held on through thick & thin & rejected buy out years ago you might as well continue ‘like me’ to be obtuse or contrary - whichever word you prefer. You never know with this share.Good luck.

OfficerDigby I agree with you. Under the AIM rules does Novisky not have to table a price for the rest?

Obviously, not good for one person or family to holding so much of RPT but the long-term prospects are excellent for the company.

Good read regarding the transaction.

B n'H,But he could have done a capital raise with his own money alternatively! Maintaining his %.So no I don't think so. Also why and what do with e money?Looks like to Oligarths couldn't agree on plan for Co. Pinchunk plan would have been merged with his slightly bigger entity next door, prob via RTO.So the one buys the other out. But holding so much % shares not good in long term so any way to reduce possible

I think Novisky wanted the Pinchuk’s shares in order to make an increasing of capital shares.
What I mean is that novinsky’s with holdings of 54% of total in any case of increasing of capital would lost the majority of 50% + 1.
For example an increasing of capital share with 12,000,000 £ = 30,000,000 new shares X 40 p each and with resignation of existing holders has as result the lost of majority of Novisky because the 54% becomes 49%.
So if I am correct Novisky wanted the Pinchuk’s shares to remain as majority leader and his aim is to remain in lse and make a capital increase asap.
