20/9/2017 21:41 | I guess one thing to be optimistic about is the small number of remaining free floating shares. It means any big buying makes the share price shoot up very quickly. | teverish
20/9/2017 12:05 | Lets hope so speculator6. I bought this at 435p, 205p, and 116p in 2005 and 2006. So its a very long way to go for me. I just wish I had not averaged down. Yes we were both wrong thinking that the share price would recover, but it never did. lets hope this good news continues. yes I also wish that I sold at 38p, but lets hope this will be exceeded in time. | maloneyt
18/9/2017 14:00 | REGAL PETROLEUM - THE NEXT STAGE (RPT) I remember when this traded over 50p so I think the next stage should be a name change to PAUPER PETROLEUM - THE NEXT STAGE (PPT) | buywell3
18/9/2017 13:56 | confirmation:- REGAL PETROLEUM INTERIM PROFIT GROWS AS PRODUCTION INCREASES [ 18 Sep 2017 13:36 ] LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas exploration and production company Regal Petroleum PLC reported a rise in profit for the first half of 2017, helped by higher average realised hydrocarbon prices. For the six months ended June 30, pretax profit was USD1.7 million, compared to USD321,000 the prior year, on revenue of USD12.4 million, up from USD10.4 million. "The group is continuing with the development of its MEX-GOL, SV and VAS gas and condensate fields in north-eastern Ukraine," Regal Chairman Keith Henry said, "which are each held under 100% owned and operated production licences." Regal said that "improving geopolitical outlook in Ukraine has led to a gradual increase in developmental planning during 2017". The company added that funding for the remaining 2017 development programme was "anticipated to be from existing cash and cash equivalents and operational cash flow." Cash levels rose from USD20.0 million to USD24.5 million on June 30. On September 15, this had grown further to USD27.0 million. "Production at the fields was reasonably stable during the first half of 2017, averaging 1,752 barrels oil equivalent per day in aggregate from all fields", Henry added. "In June 2017, the new MEX-109 well, utilising improved drilling and completion techniques developed as a result of the recent studies, was completed successfully and put on production." In August 2017, the SV-2 well in the SV field was also put on production. This was after a workover on the well which had suspended production. "Together, these successes have nearly doubled output from the MEX-GOL-SV licence areas", Henry continued. "With the contribution from these new wells, current aggregate production from all fields is 2,879 boepd, an improvement of approximately 64% on the average production rates in the first half of 2017." | jam2day
18/9/2017 07:58 | Its been along time since we had positive news this is very positive:- MEX-109 well, utilising improved drilling and completion techniques, put on production in June 2017, and the workover of SV-2 well completed and put on production in August 2017, together nearly doubling production volumes from the MEX-GOL and SV fields | jam2day
15/9/2017 12:04 | Good move upward today. Hope good news is coming. May it continues, although a long, long way to go yet. | maloneyt
09/9/2017 11:25 | HNR - TWO wells successfully drilled with abundant oil and gas in samples extracted! Fracking and FIRST OIL next month! Don't miss this train! | happyholder123
30/8/2017 16:06 | Doesn't feel good I'm afraid! | targatarga
30/8/2017 00:53 | More board changes. Whats all that about, I wonder. | maloneyt
07/7/2017 17:11 | I remember the best output when the share price was in excess of £1.50 was just over 2,000. At least the production rate is on the way up. We can only hope the price recovers too. Political climate and ownership have changed too. | n13518
07/7/2017 00:36 | Seems to have been good news, but why the fall in share price I wonder. Yes n13518, almost 2000boepd, Isn't that good ? | maloneyt
05/7/2017 16:52 | Mex 109 output appears to have stabilised not far from 778boeopd originally reported. Output is now not far from historic best production rates at Regal Petroleum. | n13518
01/7/2017 12:56 | Seems to be good news, as the action saves a few bob in taxes etc. share price reacted well, but a long way to go yet for the long time suffering holders. | maloneyt
26/6/2017 10:01 | Does Mex109 output of 778boepd, if sustained, added to 1079 boepd should help a lot to continued company improvements. Almost back to RPT days of around 2000boepd at good times. Anyone agrees? | n13518
06/6/2017 23:33 | Having bought at an average price of 245p/shr, some Tweleve Years ago, what kind of price is 6 or 10p ????? Rip off AIM market. It should have been closed long time ago. There are lots of companies in the same situation on AIM market. | maloneyt
05/6/2017 16:48 | These three last years it is a continous cycle ,where the price is moving from 2 pence to 5 pence. The reason imo is that the oligarchs(russian owners of the Regal) are not interested for their company in the LSE. May be they have the intention to withdrow the remaining shares from the LSE with a price of 6 to 10 pence... As it is known they have a stake of aprox. 80 % of shares after the first PROPOSAL in 2011 with 38 pence per share. So , in this time we can only to await the second PROPOSAL... | buy and hold1
01/6/2017 16:14 | Who knows ????? | maloneyt
30/5/2017 18:57 | What's the score here then. Production what 1300boepd true or false?$25m cash????? Is this BS. Why is the Mcap so low guys?Is it political ??? | tidy 2
23/5/2017 13:37 | No, the drill failed to get to explore as planned for gas below 5,000 M (which has a better production tax rate). Maybe, dependant on how quickly the flow rate declines. The figures given are for a short flow test. When put on a longer production flow test the mood of the reservoir will be seen. Some Ukrainian wells have dropped flow rates by 90% in a week or so. Yes, no person was injured and there was not an environment damaging event. They found hydrocarbons which are currently able to flow at a commercial rate. | stonefold
23/5/2017 12:35 | are these results as good as they look for MEX 109 | treble in 1999
29/3/2017 00:51 | Please refrain from pumping other stocks on the RPT thread. Thanks in advance. | michaelsadvfn |
