It was a harsh drop, but there is very little downside now, as opposed to 2 days ago.
Lots of new investors, and people who had been thinking they might have missed the boat are investing. We'll look back and laugh one day.
This happens on AIM regularly, I'll be honest and admit I didn't think the placing would be so soon, but it's now almost cleared. The market hates uncertainty, I would suggest most of that uncertainty has disappeared. Weak holders out, new holders in, and a firm base of 8.5p to build upon.
December is a quiet from here on in, come January, new year etc I am sure this will be distinctly higher than it is now.

Callmebwana...nice one!. I lived in RSA for many years, and with their power outages there's scope for this product, definitely. I am now in Hungary, and with its sunshine is also a bid contender for this type of technology. I see very good things ahead in the coming months...good luck!.

It was actually, Kenya.I was born there. Been to Cape Town etc. Now spending six Months in Cyprus and Turkey.Travelled around the World quite a bit.UK has been my home since 1964.
I speak 5 languages but am carp at English spellings.
I can see a big Market for this product in places like Cyprus, etc.
The Holiday Home Complexes.I am in North Cyprus, the electric is not cheap there nor in Turkey and many supply cuts as well.

I disagree that nothing said gere has changed anything. I believe the open offer eas partly due to posts here and to lessen the blow of a pure discounted placing. not ti reward pis, more to keep them onside. placings are cheap and more usual on aim, rights and open offers much more costly. so a compromise offer where we can benefit. if a company needs cash - and red have always said theyd need more irrespective of what's been posted on here - they are largely at the mercy of the take it or lrave it offers from the vulture capitalists. itll cause a blip in the price, but the basic fact that red can raise more cash is a very big plus for an aim stock. now is a perfect time for entry... and obviously everyone who qualifies for the open offer at 8p should take them up (the price wont stay at 9p once the issue is complete).

Yes likely. Each rise is going to have to be the result of more heaving lifting mind you. That is each p wii result in Marcap up 6 million not the previous 4.5 million as previously . Approximately.

I had REDT on my watch list for quie a while.I used to watch it when it was called Camco Clean Energy. Today I have joined in.
I liked the idea as I used to be an Electronics Engneer.Retired now.

It seems to be a positive Business Plan to keep development work on track and support growth on multiple fronts via the known Pipeline. I'm tempted to think that doubling-up whilst the share price is down around 8p might be a good idea, considering how additional Customers and Product deployments throughout next year could lead to repeat rises in the share price that we've witnessed this past 6 months ?

Well, what a fabulous entry price! This one on my watchie for literally eons... Sxx had a placie recently concurrent to an absolutely MISERLY open offer and I note that this has happened to an extent here; share price sinking below placing price is possible but I reckon that we are going to be ok here and I would add even more if the share price retraces to the placie or lower tbh. The next challenge is to think a bit more deeply about just how the raw materials for this type of energy storage system......

Now, on a cautionary note I observe that this ticker has become something of a 'love-in' with plenty of evidence of futile graphs/links to really exciting (not) irrelevent videos. The big picture is that this placie could very well secure our company through to +ve cash generation however; I feel a buyout is more than likely. GLA and sorry for being a bit late to the party!!!!

Remember that people were paying up to 17p only a few weeks ago. My guess is that once the quick profit placee brigade have finished selling and we get more detailed news of sales then the shares will go ahead again.

Just can't get my head around any sells today???. 8.6 hasn't been seen for months, so how can anyone selling at these levels actually be making any money. Its not like the trades are in the millions, 20k shares sold that's beer money, I wish I understood better...oh well.

Re that quote of mine, it was from the Cenkos report I alluded to. The report also said EBITDA profit a year earlier than otherwise .

Who knows chicken01 but if the share price does eventually take off (and it probably will imo) then paying 8.5p or 8p won't make much difference. I reckon sub-8p is the most likely scenario though but as doggie correctly points out I am not the worlds greatest investor,neither is he,he didn't spot the relevance of the 100k sells! :)

12bn...I respect your views, but may I add that 10m shares traded yesterday, and the vast majority were buys. I also I understand that a lot of the 150m shares are already earmarked for investment institutions, so personally I think there will be little shares left in just a few days. Just my opinion...( I bought more yesterday ). Here's hoping, good luck to all investors on here, lets hope by December 25th its at 20p!!!, that'll make my Christmas.

Nothing said by any of us in the last few weeks would have changed the outcome here,the placing was planned and its effects were guaranteed. We blame each other but the real culprits are the BoDs who lie/stretch the truth via tweets,phone calls or RNSs. We have all lost cash somewhere due to lies/'truth stretching'. I don't think much will happen here in the next few weeks/months as £12m worth of 8p shares (150m) will keep the share price in this area. The 100k sells are now explained and long term this does look like a decent bet but short term I still think the share price will dip below 8p.

you do your research, you make a judgement as an individual and you give your opinion...your opinion may change according to what happens and you appraise and change your stake accordingly...winners and losers, that is what you get in life in general...i will tell you what i am convinced this is a winner!!

Cheek212 what you are missing is that it does not matter if the battery,s are installed, what matters is that firm orders are there, if they received a firm order for lets say 1000 telecom sized battery,s but they were not to start delivery for 6 months and were delivered over a 2 year period...the fact is the firm order is there and will be valued into the Sp..

if they had a full order book of lets say 300 million £ over a 2 year period, then that would be valued into the Sp....

'If folks can't wait where are the orders?'Kin hell, the product was only launched 2 weeks ago - give the guys a chance!!!This kit is not something that you buy in a small box and install yourself, its large scale power storage - it is installed as part of major project works in a lot of cases so the kit isn't just delivered once it's made, its delivered once the contractors working on the project are ready to install it!!!It like building a huge office block in London - the aircon systems are ordered at the beginning of the project but the kit isn't actually delivered on site until the contractors are ready to install the kit into the building - power battery storage will be exactly the same thing - it's not going to be an overnight build! Get real - the best this business is going to have short term is a lot of interested parties, submitting details of what they want but the batteries aren't going to be flying out the door on day one, not for the type of project work that will be interested in acquiring. The fact that the directors have given us numbers of interested parties is good enough for me - joe bloggs off the street is not going to register as in interested party! they are going to be genuine enquiries.

A bit disappointing to be sure but not entirely suprising. Rome was not built in a day and hopefully a grest future ahead.
I personally think people over hyped it a bit on here but now hopefully it will consolidate and move on.
