26/10/2016 10:03 | This is still trading 30% below where it was 5 years ago, well before it had today's prospects; hence I see nothing spectacular about this rise so far | dr darkstar
26/10/2016 09:45 | I'm still not convinced this apparent relentless upward pressure is not the result of wider awareness of the company and the various targets that have been bandied about. I agree there appear to be buyers with deep pockets, but I think if there were a serious attempt at a buy-out or stake purchase we'd have heard something official. I just hope that the anticipated news will justify these incredible rises. | littlepop
26/10/2016 09:39 | Shrew, that isn't bending the rules, those ARE the rules! | pierre oreilly
26/10/2016 09:37 | did: spot on and rigging it with the broker so that the sell price they achieve is almost the same as the buy!!! | rinson
26/10/2016 09:36 | Pierre They get round disclosure rules because they have to notify the company when they have finished their transaction. So if our buyer is done then we get an Rns but if they haven't done then they don't notify about any thresholds they have crossed until they have. They do this so as not to give the game away. Say an insti wanted 10m shares in red. And after 5m they crossed a notifiable percentage, they won't notify as they would show their cards to the rest of the market and the other 5m may cost more as insti buying usually adds pi buying afterwards. Like I say they get around it by the fact they haven't filled their current order!! Still looks to me like at least 1 major buyer could be a few. It's the next big game changer so let's not forget how interested the big boys must be. Scott kept the gigha units on mainland as long as possible for a reason, to showcase post successful testing! 26/10/2016 09:24 | No, I'm not aware. How do companies get round disclosure rules... and why? Most companies operate within the rules. | pierre oreilly
26/10/2016 09:11 | I think the buyer is trying to dampen down the rising price.....the 4 trades 2x 50,000, 1x 25,000 and 1x 10,000 sold to make it look like there are people selling out.... you would not get 4 trades in row like that unless it was difficult to sell and it was not... Lets just say the price rises, the buyer has to pay more if they can hold back the price and accumulate quietley then the average they have to pay becomes lower...so it is in the buyers interest to sell a few to kill the rising price.. If it does not work they can always buy back in and loose a few quid....but if it stops the price from running away then job done.. I beleive the news we have been waiting for will cause a buying frenzy... | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:53 | Guys Checkout the Mrs Rns from after hours yesterday a large bank has accumulated and gone through several percentage trigger points before that Rns. Basically the loophole for the buyer is they haven't finished buying. There is at least one major player in play here. A 200k sell soaked up and the price went up earlier then at this level 200k ish in sells all soaked up. Volumes good so i suspect any dips to be bought into as these guys have not finished imho. 26/10/2016 08:47 | Pierre there are many ways round disclosure...which I am sure you are aware. | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:45 | I emailed the company. "Shares rising. Some good news like sales would help much." Is this bad form? | petewy
26/10/2016 08:44 | Dig, do you know and/or understand the disclosure rules for large shareholdings? | pierre oreilly
26/10/2016 08:42 | looks like our buyer may have to get aggresive with the price....they are not going to get any quantity without moving the price, the penny has dropped and very few are willing to sell out with so much to play for....this will be a muti-billion £££ | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:38 | Pierre we are not likley to get one... there are many reasons for the Sp move... but this is only the beginnig .. | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:29 | Molar, excellent observation. Yeah, that is a great sign. | pierre oreilly
26/10/2016 08:28 | rossannan The right RNS and this will more than double overnight.... | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:28 | Looks to me like there's some outfit building a stake. But I'd expect a holdings rns by now. It could be that two or more are currently accumulating, that could explain the ongoing large buys with no rns. There's currently a small overlap in the lithium and flow markets. The reason I'd like to see a cash raising is to fund an accelerated programming of red's lithium/flow hybrid, which will enable red to move much deeper into the lithium market. | pierre oreilly
26/10/2016 08:24 | 20p by Friday????? RNS Monday 40p by tuesday??? This will be as it says in the header ... NO1 STOCK FOR 2016!!!! | dlg3

26/10/2016 08:21 | £1 before Christmas would be an ok starting price for a buy out...then let the bidding war begin!!!!!! | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:20 | I dont think John Ward would allow that Swiss....take a look into his background.. | dlg3
26/10/2016 08:13 | Hopefully this is not another company accumulating to buy us out. Scott would try his best not to let this happen at this early stage wouldn't he? | swiss tony
26/10/2016 08:10 | price increasing on small volume.... | dlg3
