30/6/2016 16:22 | I think you need to take the consolidation into account :) | toffeeman
30/6/2016 15:10 | Just needs to get out of the down trend. | wallywalrus
30/6/2016 14:39 | Yes with the right management team and have certainly got that here! | bc4
30/6/2016 14:10 | only two or three years ago the share price was the level of this year's projected dividend It was about 0.8p? (maybe less) at its nadir, and then there was a 10 for 1 consolidation so 100% yield for holders who bought then I remember that there was a private investor who held over 3% rather a hefty CGT bill to pay if he is still holding! and the shares for free paid for out of this year's divi alone well done board! this company was once heavily and famously shorted by Evil Knievil, so just shows how heavily shorted shares CAN turn around capital growth of c.2000% = twenty bagger so far, nice! | nicky name
30/6/2016 12:55 | Also do not forget these numbers only include 8 months of FMG | bc4
30/6/2016 12:00 | Hi nap14 ... I came across someone on the KCOM board whose divi was larger than the share price he had bought at but he had held them for a decade or two. | fizzypop
30/6/2016 11:37 | Neil Woodford accumulated a few days ago. Do you think he had an inkling the TS would be positive? In the current economic climate it's definately a hold for the yield and in time further capital growth if you're patient. It would be nice to see a break through downtrend resistance. aimho woody | woodcutter
30/6/2016 10:49 | I bought xr @ 25p, so Y = c.40%! Only happens once in a lifetime! | napoleon 14th
30/6/2016 10:00 | If we get a 15% divi increase I will be getting a yield of 13.5% (11.7% for 2015) overall on my Redde holding ignoring the special divi. | fizzypop
30/6/2016 09:46 | Solid company in uncertain times. | capricious71
30/6/2016 09:21 | Fizzy whatever it is 9.5p is not to be sniffed at, most companies are cutting their divis so this increase is stupendous | bc4
30/6/2016 09:09 | Echo bc4. Redde usually under promise/over deliver. I think there is a good possibility of 5.5p making 10p for the year. In 2015 we had 19.7% and 20.4% rises on the interim and final although only 12.5% on the 2016 interim. Management to be trusted for sure. | fizzypop
30/6/2016 08:36 | The 5p divi is a minimum so could be more | bc4
30/6/2016 08:05 | Looks good to me Current Trading The Board of Redde is pleased to announce that, further to its Trading Update made on 28 April 2016, trading for the final quarter ending 30 June 2016 has continued the positive trend shown in the first 9 months of the year. Indications are that the operating results before exceptional costs for the financial year ending 30 June 2016 are likely to slightly exceed market expectations. | retailronnie
30/6/2016 07:45 | Final Divi raised to not less than 5p thats a decent rise of 15%. and at todays share price represents a 7% yield if we assume 10p min for full year next year. | pistonbroke1
28/6/2016 19:49 | People will not stop driving cars and making legal claims besides REDDE has diversified quite a bit over the last few years, so with low interest rates set to continue the yield of over 6% could well attract new investors | bc4
28/6/2016 16:07 | I don't see how Brexit would affect Redde too much, or would it? | capricious71
28/6/2016 15:41 | IMO Thursday will comfort those who have stayed in. Much rather Redde than rest of the market. | napoleon 14th
28/6/2016 11:42 | Considering Woodford's recent problems with his Pharmaceutical investments any increase is a definite vote of confidence in my book! | jam2day
28/6/2016 10:40 | RNS small increase but at least its not a disposal. | pistonbroke1
28/6/2016 10:30 | Just a reminder of the last trading statement we had........piston, you may be correct. The Board of Redde plc ('Company' or 'Group') is pleased to announce that the positive start to the second half of the Company's financial year to 30 June 2016 has continued with strong trading volumes for the third quarter of the financial year and as a consequence operating profits are continuing to exceed the Board's original expectations. Early indications are that this trend has continued during April and the Board remains confident about the Group's prospects for the financial year as a whole. | melf
28/6/2016 09:35 | The suspicious in me thinks that the algos are pushing price south during these unsettled times to scare folk into selling. Shares are then mopped up by the professionals. Thursday will give us a better idea and I suspect all will be well. | pistonbroke1
28/6/2016 09:09 | Still heading south. Very odd unless dividend is being cut and cash generation has dried up. | fft
28/6/2016 07:59 | A 9p div yields 6.5% still. Will be interesting to see if any reason for drop (prior to brexit) and the impact of brexit on it's business. | retailronnie
28/6/2016 07:40 | Yep and the lack of posts suggest many have already bailed. | pistonbroke1 |
