N S @APathNotTaken ·13h @ABell2019 Have you booked your flight back to DRC yet Andrew?
What are your expectations of a deal being signed this week?
Andrew_Bell2019 @ABell2019 5h Let me tell you a story. Our local partner is the person who will arrange the signing with ministers. He's also meant to be doing one or two other things for us. Yesterday he said to me that one of the things he likes about me as a partner is that I am so capable and can deal with different things at the same time. "I can only deal with one" he says, "because I'm not as smart as you".
I thought this quite charming and said, accurately, to him "I think you are very highly capable but the secret of dealing with several things is to make a written list of things to do today and things to do this week. I think this is what you need to do. If I do it, it is not because I was born knowing to do this but because I was lucky enough to be trained by people wiser than me.
The good news is that it only takes one day to start doing a new thing that can eventually become habitual.
Now he is dealing with us on the arbitration- related matters which to be fair are quite time-consuming and given the traffic jams and delays and the complexity of some of the issues and relationships I do not blame him at all for trying to focus on one part of the picture to keep within available bandwidth.
That's to say we need to finish the first thing before we can really focus on the next as we should. I tried doing these things in parallel but accept we can't easily do so.
Once we are dealing just with the private sector it will be easier.
So the sequence is to get judgements and payments first, and then to sign JV, which means signature unlikely this week.
Stephen Lundy @StephenPLundy Max Bygraves?
N S @APathNotTaken 3h My question was w to do with the arbitration
Are you suggesting highly unlikely to get arbitration this week?

I sense a subtle change of mind Noirua. |
"As for RRR profitable years: 2008, '10, '11, '18, 20, according to annual reports"
And yet the last published accounts show that he has spaffed £25,323,000 under his tenure. How many cans of Winalot is that? |

AB could outdo The Donald. |

Does anyone know the difference between accounting/engineered profitability and actual profitability as proven by equivalent free cashflow?
He is 100% related to in-species thereunder Law 101. |
Don't forget the burgers.
Nor the lithium. |
Should we all have a Vicennial Party?! I will provide the Balloons. Kemche the Pop and Noirua the Quiche. Andrew will be the star guest and arrive in fancy dress dressed as a rabbit emerging from a magic hat. Fun for all. All invited. Imminent. |
The problem that Ettie finds himself in now is that EVERY TIME he opens his gob everyone immediately assumes that it is the unvarnished gospel truth. He has single handedly killed all wolves such that no one fears them any more.
Meeting at the presidential palace in Mbuji Mayi next week and then whoosh! Visit to the bank on Friday! Ante-room at the presidential palace. TV crews waiting.
Etc,
20 years. Non-stop. |
July will mark the 20th year of his relentless delivery.
20 years of this!
Many millionaires have become hundredaires under his stewardship.
Quite a record! |
It's certainly a priority for AB.
Where else could he earn such a salary for delivering so little? |
RRR must surely be a priority for DRC. |
Well scripted at #20146 - nothing has changed. Get the money, sell an asset, or completely refinance Red Rock. The only plus point is the gold price, which could float the roughest old boat off the rocks.
DRC is in a state with its population rocketing whilst battling M23 and Rwanda. Red Rock needs to publicise its treatment by State owned Gecamines far more whilst the country is under pressure on several fronts. |

Obtaining cash via the DRC courts over the Musonoi tenement sold under RRR's feet is the most important factor to fund the costs of Red Rock. No doubt in my mind that the Red Rock directors and management are 100% focused on this.

They will probably get the money at the same time as they get the money stuck in Cyprus. |
Is Red Rock's Advisor the Great David Lenigas fast asleep most of the time, or has he just given up? Or is he Bitcoin-crazy and has it taken away a bit of the sense he has? |
Bell is bloody useless as a CEO
He sepnds all sodden day on twitter defending Russia
I own RRR shares and I am appalled at his social media behaviour |
wow i must say.
Nothing has happened extraordinarily ..... slowly.
How much more Nothing must we endure before more Nothing is announced and we all wait for the next imminent and exciting episode of ..... Nothing? |
