13/3/2023 16:07 | They will make more in a rising market with more volume so let's hope so positive news comes from Mr B's travels | sclper

13/3/2023 15:52 | 0.253p so around the same price as the recent subscription | sclper
13/3/2023 15:43 | Hi sclper, I have a feeling you know more than me here. If the average price of 5 days in 25 is 0.275p and Diversified buy shares with the share price at 0.275p in the market. What would be the price Diversified actually pay including the current discount allowed? Excluding the agreement with Diversified to purchase shares at 0.25p for $248,000. | noirua
13/3/2023 15:30 | The discount is 8%. I've been told the the rounding down term 'to the nearest tenth of a percent' was a standard term for this type of funding agreement but it doesn't apply to RRR as the share price is below 1p. | sclper
13/3/2023 14:48 | The funding announcement states diversified is given an 8% discount so why do you have 25% in your calculation? | sclper
13/3/2023 11:30 | Gold moves on toward $1,900 as banking turmoil raises its ugly head again. Silvergate Bank is forced out of business by US regulators and is the second bank to go down. More will follow after President Trump's deregulation of banks a few years ago. If Red Rock obtained all the money really due to them for Musonoi Area 1 they would be in a position to pay more money into DRC Mining than France and the EU together. The sum of about $220 million £182 million is due and would push the share price of Red Rock to 8p to 10p a share. | noirua
13/3/2023 10:27 | It is all more imminent than it was previously that much we CAN say. Thanks Valuestock will try the headphone route. | algernon2
12/3/2023 20:14 | VS, Would you say it was imminent? | kemche
12/3/2023 19:39 | I listened to the podcast using headphones, it was quite clear to listen to. It sounded very positive to me, NOT IF BUT WHEN is the message I got. As always DYOR. | valuestock
12/3/2023 18:48 | Valuestock the qulity of that broacast is awful. Can you clean it up before posting again or summarise it for us. AB appears underwater or broadcasting from a DRC Water Closet. | algernon2
12/3/2023 16:56 | That's a huuuge update! GLA LTHers! | kemche

11/3/2023 17:08 | I believe it as much as winning the top prize in the European Lottery - if I do then a bid for Red Rock will arrive and you can have the company as a birthday present. Why did Thebe Resources PVT sell such a brilliant interest for peanuts? Time for me to apologise if wrong. The wicked Witches of the West and East please stay well away. Thebe Mining Resources - Owned by Thebe Investment Corporation or was: Founded in 1992 as a pioneering black-owned company, Thebe Investment Corporation (Thebe) opened for business in July 1992 with an initial capital investment of only R100 000. Sole shareholder at the time was Batho Batho Trust, a community based trust which included Nelson Mandela (Chairman), Walter Sisulu and Reverend Beyers Naude as original Trustees and Dr Enos Mabuza as the first Chairman of Thebe. Red Rock's owned company in Zimbabwe: African Lithium Resources Plans To Enhance Operations In Zimbabwe Ø Consideration of $25,000, has been paid, with a further $10,000 retained by ALR until the completion of the transfer. As to the Lithium ore stockpiles, surely Thebe Resources knew about these and for some reason walked away. I wish I could buy 75% of a near production Lithium tenement for $35,000. What are the ongoing costs is the very big question - maybe it could be sold on for more. Something does not look all together right here - puzzling. | noirua
11/3/2023 16:53 | You mean to say you don't believe the £1m a month net claim? Scandalous. | kemche
11/3/2023 16:10 | The next exploratory interest are those there Lithium possibilities perched in Zimbabwe of all places. The nearby Bikita Mine is the largest lithium mine in Zimbabwe and has been in production for over 60 years, and is one of the world's largest petalite deposits. Investigating the real truth. They are price, costs, delays, and possible government dilemmas. Oh, confidence and possible out-and-out misleading views in all its guises factored in. Remember the basics, 'Words come easy'. ---- The Bikita mine is the largest lithium mine in Zimbabwe. The privately owned company holds the world’s largest-known deposit of lithium at approximately 11 million tonnes. [1] The mine is located in southern Zimbabwe in Masvingo Province.[1] The Bikita mine has reserves amounting to 10.8 million tonnes of lithium ore grading 1.4% lithium thus resulting in 0.15 million tonnes of lithium.[1] In June 2022 the Sinomine Resource Group company bought the Bikita mine for $200 million.[2] ----- Red Rock's interest Red Rock Resources plc Lithium Subsidiary Established, Assets Acquired The property at Tin Hill is a 51 ha claim named Houghton C on Plot No 5 Rippling Waters Farm, 2.2 km SSE of Marah Hill Trig beacon 132/5, in the Bikita District of Masvingo Province in SE Zimbabwe, and is acquired from Thebe Resources Pvt Ltd, a Zimbabwean company. The nearby Bikita Mine is the largest lithium mine in Zimbabwe and has been in production for over 60 years, and is one of the world's largest petalite deposits. Where are we now on this in December 2022 well: 'An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is now being prepared for ALR's Tin Hill property, 29 kilometres North-West of Bikita in South-East Zimbabwe. This is expected to be completed by early February, and the process of preparation of the site for mineral extraction and sale is expected to be completed some two weeks later.' So the area in theory we should be at the preparation stage and sales started two weeks later. So preparation of the site for mineral extraction should have started by the end of February - but has it? Anyway, there appears to be no timetable for this preparation so where are we now? As we all know, we who have followed mining companies for years and years, comment about just having to dig it out shove in a lorry and send it off and count the cash coming in as far off the mark as waving a magic wand over the enterprise. Costs must be rising and I doubt very much that the small sums Red Rock Resources have paid up front cover much at all. However, if Cinderella arrives on the scene it's all systems go, and cash pours into Red Rock's Bank account. I hope this works out very well indeed as I hold shares in RRR but it's best to look reality squarely in the face. | noirua
11/3/2023 14:41 | Iron Ore prices and how important Mount Ida royalties could be: Iron ore As of Mar 09, 2023. 129.48 USD There we are with the iron ore benchmark price well off its low point but not exactly sparkling. So my thinking is the options go back under the bottom drawer as no major is likely to be interested with Ukraine perched on the horizon. | noirua
11/3/2023 14:02 | Steelmin, Amulet, Shyte Creek, Cyprus were also a disgrace. An utter disgrace. Let's home the Zimbabwe imminence is also not an absolute disgrace too. Australia and ELEP are currently temporarily disgraceful. | kemche
11/3/2023 13:54 | To be fair Red Rock has been placed in a difficult position by two DRC companies one being a Government owned Major enterprise which is shocking in itself. The amount of money promised by France for the DRC mining industry is derisory. So the $7.5m that AB stated in his last podcast he hoped to get for Red Rock is really even more derisory and shows the disgrace in this matter for Gécamines SA and VUP. SA. VUP SA acted wrongly as the DRC court has upheld. Red Rock has already indicated it will spend a good deal of the money in DRC. Gécamines SA should pay Red Rock $200 million in compensation as a minimum. At this stage, DRC is a country to avoid as Gécamines may sell your asset without you knowing leading to high costs and extended delays that may damage your company. If Red Rock obtained $200 million it would spend considerably more money on mining in DRC than France. The only plus side in this is the DRC Courts are acting correctly in their decisions and are a credit to DRC. If only that could be said for Gécamines SA a disgrace to DRC and its Government. The position of Kamoto Copper Company SA, a subsidiary of Glencore, is less clear other than a payment of $20 million, $15 million of which is currently withheld for an Arbitration decision. Glencore to pay DR Congo $180mn to cover corruption claims Payment by Swiss-based commodity trader and miner covers alleged misconduct from 2007-18 The above is due to be contained in emails sent to numerous companies, government departments, etc., and other parties shortly. | noirua
10/3/2023 18:50 | I guess 'Pretty Imminent' means 'very nice imminence'. | noirua
10/3/2023 16:00 | That is huuuge news sclper. The whoosh looks to be imminent. | kemche |
