Matters are now 'pretty imminent". This is far more imminent than projected previously. I do feel immanency may have been understated. However, I'm still expecting a takeover bid by one of four companies imminently - today an email has been sent to one party urging action. I have suggested a price that is secret.

Bell describes the current policy as "steady as she goes", saying that little has changed as the company is waiting for "pretty imminent" updates from its various projects around the world.

Paul Johnson has resigned as CEO of Power Metal Resources PLC. The only connection to Red Rock Resources PLC is the NBGC, Victoria, Australia, tenements. This can be seen as a setback as well as it is a complete surprise. WE at Red Rock I'm sure send him our best wishes on the ongoing family health issues that have brought this about.

The signing element of this arbitration has always seemed strange as Arbitration Commissions elsewhere implement a decision. There is no agreement to be signed so something seems quite different and puzzling. Nothing has changed from earlier when AB said last year he had seen the outcome. If he had seen the outcome previously in Red Rock's favour nothing is different now.

Obtaining $7.5m £6.3m is very low compared to Red Rock's 50.1% sold by Gecamines and worth over $200 million to RRR. So however it works out Red Rock has been robbed blind.

If a person owned an asset in this country worth over £200,000 and they got £7,500 for it the view on the outcome is obvious. Much like getting £7,500 for a house worth £200 thousand.

I would be looking for a payout from Gecamines of $240 million £200 million plus £7.5 million from Kamoto copper + $4.505 millions from VUP. Less than that does not seem like fair play for the act committed by VUP and Gecamines.

Interview just released, all to play for according to Mr Bell, he believes the Congo court case has reached the end game, they have seen the arbitration ruling (in RRR favour) but simply needs signing.

It seems the listing of Elephant Oil is on again, it appears the warrant element has been dropped, this apparently will lead to a far better after market in the shares.

My target here still remains at a conservative 36p.

ELEP has not listed for being too successful. Once the yanks realised that Matt was CEO the clamour for shares was too much for Nasdaq to cope with.

It's all about Zim now anyway. Imminently.

If the present share price continues at 0.275p Diversity will be able to buy shares at 0.20625p rounded up to 0.21p. The downside looks set unless AB brings home the bacon.
Due to the present downbeat situation I have reduced my present upside for Red Rock to 0.7p - 0.9p.

The reason for ELEP not starting its NASDAQ market quotation must be a problem gathering in enough dough and therefore enthusiasm and support would have been too low leading to a possible big drop in the share price or perhaps no one bothering to trade at all.

"A lot of companies out there have poor prospects. Ours are much superior, across the board. We are working hard to accelerate delivery."

Whoosh with the superiority.

The Beringa Mine exploration results are expected in due course for NBGC though there is no date on this. The Australian Gold mining sector for both explorers and producers remains poor. Results need to be absolutely outstanding otherwise they are ignored or worse.

These results very recently were considered not worth bothering about by the market:
Probably the width and depth were not good enough though one result was over 100 grammes per tonne.

What would be good is 16 holes averaging 10 metres at 12 grammes per tonne near the surface. However, Red Rock shares have a low market cap that should help about one quarter that of Power Metal.

Poor audio on the Stockbox media however Bell did say there will be news on New Ballarat Gold which the market will like. This is a JV with POW, are POW pushing for action on this project, many options available to deliver value, peer ECR still maintain a £8m m/cap.

The Diversified funds will be snaffled through in quick order and therefore Ettie must be thinking about the next fundraise. Does anyone have any appetite for a 78th fundraising?

The asset review looks very much the same as last time out. The gold assets have been hit on value by the continuing fall in the gold price testing the $1,800 level so they are either firmly on ice or fire sale potential. The A$ has weakened against a weak pound sterling reducing their value.

Many assets have fire sale potential as well as gold but not likely to bring home cash except the DRC Musonoi Area 1 asset stolen by DRC's Gecamines.

Diversified can buy US$247,000 RRR shares at 0.25p which seems to set a floor for the RRR shares. Unless the price of Red Rock shares hits 0.265p then the floor is 0.20p.

Trust in the company's Directors is more of a very deep doubt and the last podcast yesterday was so poor it kinda stamped its mark on an already bedraggled situation. Maybe AB will have another go at a podcast or bring in another highly paid director - there is only one other who sits in the background like Little-Jack-Horner eating our curds and whey.

Well, that was a vague difficult-to-understand interview - even my text information could not understand much of it. It was not worth recording absolute rubbish.

Far better for all companies to avoid DRC with the principal Government Company in DRC being accused
and thought of as not that much short of being thieves.

Could they not just wait for the imminent Zimbabwe operations to begin in the first quarter of this year and repay them from the £1m a month net profits?

Diversified is able to convert $247,000 of the original loan to Red Rock at 0.25p. This may well happen if shares get back above 0.35p.
The option to convert any shares at present would also be at 0.25p due to the 25% rule - ie if the share price is 0.295p for 5 days in the 25 trading days period the lowest price allowed would be 0.295p - 25% = 0.245p rounded up to 0.25p.

It will take a lot of buying pressure to overcome the finance provider that can subscribe for shares at around 0.2p and sell them back into the market for a profit

The Power Metal thread information has been deleted due to a lack of interest. It seems they have all gone to Telegram so I guess they will have set something up over there - I do not know.
