19/1/2023 16:06 | I do not mind 2.8p as my shares will be worth £288,400 and they are all in my ISA and SIPP. First Equity is RRR's broker so take it as you will. If there is substance in this beyond a gamble the shares should rise rapidly - somehow I doubt it: At the same time, I hope First Equity is right. There are errors and matters of opinion in First Equity's report noting the El Limon Royalties are understated. The Kenya valuation looks heady at this time with the suspended drilling programme. The ALR Lithium valuation needs a lot more explanation. Failure to note Greenland reparation costs that are ongoing. | noirua

18/1/2023 10:29 | Investors/ punters will be aware of the cash raising RNS on 15 December last. This part from the RNS is now in force and the market appears to have accepted the inevitable that $500,000 will be lent to Red Rock at 0.18p per share. The Subscription Price of the Subscription Shares will initially be equal to GBP0.007 per Share, representing a premium of approximately 79% to the closing price of the Company's Shares of GBP0.0039 on 13(th) December 2022. The Company will issue to the Subscriber 17,000,000 Shares (the "Fee Shares") (being the equivalent of GBP66,300 at the latest closing price on AIM - [0.39p]) in satisfaction of a fee. 2nd tranche $500,000 at 0.184p per share if the price remains below 0.3p for 5 days see RNS. 3rd tranche $500,000 at 0.184p per share - ditto -. | noirua

17/1/2023 12:55 | "The discussion forum on A@VFN is next to non existent, there appears to be a Hinge and Bracket double act, namely Kemche and Noirua posting utter drivel 24/7, it is simply not worth reading the content. It is also interesting that should a new poster arrive with positive intent that poster is obliterated by a string of spamming posts from the aforementioned entities, who are these idiots?" How very rude! I have been posting on RRR for years and years and years. It's not my fault that I have been wrong for years and years and years whilst HawaiiFiveO has been right in all that time. Once Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Amulet, Steelmin, Kenya, Sweet Factory, Cloud computing, Shyte Creek, Lemon, Greenland etc start producing then he will not be seen for dust. GLA LTHers! | kemche
16/1/2023 19:36 | Foreign travel advice Democratic Republic of the Congo Detailed map: The problem areas are a very long way from Kinshasa City Province itself. The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against all travel to: the provinces of Kasaï Oriental, Haut-Uele, Haut Lomami, Ituri, North Kivu. South Kivu (except the city of Bukavu - see below), Maniema, and Tanganyika in eastern DRC within 50km of the border with the Central African Republic and South Sudan the city of Goma in North Kivu province The FCDO advises against all but essential travel to: the city of Bukavu in South Kivu province the districts of N’djili and Kimbanseke in Kinshasa, both of which are south of the main access road to N’djili airport (located in Nsele district) the provinces of Kasiaï and Kasiaï Central the territory of Kwamouth (located in Mai-Ndombe province) | noirua
16/1/2023 17:41 | In recent years the only people to benefit from Red Rock is management, certainly not the shareholders. I do not know how they can keep raising money. A shot in the dark may change things but it is a long shot. | knil
16/1/2023 09:27 | It does seem that Mr Bell is back in the Congo, the market seems to think there is more chance of success this time around - let's face for a micro cap like RRR to receive a cash injection to the magnitude or $7.5m would be company changing. This morning the market wants a premium for just £1000 worth of shares. | mininglamp
16/1/2023 08:46 | 'Andrew Bell is great and about to make shareholders very wealthy' When has he not? Just ask the thousands of previous shareholders who have become rich because of him. | kemche
16/1/2023 08:41 | Had to re-post this for fun only (below) - he never came back from the Congo with $10m Red Rock is due but it appears he is out there again, this time is meeting the interested parties and also the President, maybe there is some hope - 3rd time in trying. There have been some decent sized buys in Red Rock recently. From November .... If Ettie is Bell the only way the shares could rise 300% is if he comes back with the Congo cash, Ettie is right though, his last time here the shares rose 85%. Had to post this, it was on the intro to the Stockbox event last evening 'Andrew Bell is great and about to make shareholders very wealthy' | aussiebeach
16/1/2023 08:27 | That should benefit our Power Metals shareholding. | kemche
16/1/2023 08:16 | Information is taken from today's Power Metal RNS: -- Diamond drilling has recommenced at the Molopo Farms Complex project in Botswana after the Christmas break and specifically at drill hole DDH2-3A into target area T2-3A. In addition, at the Company's Victoria Goldfields joint venture a diamond drill programme is underway targeting extensions of the former high-grade working Berringa gold mine. The recent strong move higher in the price of gold from under US$1,650 at the start of November 2022, to US$1,920 at the close on Friday is an important event, with gold acting as a key indicator for the strength of our sector. I believe the future is bright for the junior resource sector and the proactive junior resource explorers within it. Paul Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Power Metal Resources plc, commented: | noirua
13/1/2023 12:49 | Diversified Metals Holdings buying up all the cheap shares. | kemche
13/1/2023 12:47 | Or possibly Rio/Glen/Anglo/Xtrat They could get Ettie on the BOD for cheap with his vast experience. Interesting. | kemche
13/1/2023 12:36 | Another outside chance during AB's visit to Kinshasa and hopefully see the President: Is Gecamines taking an interest in Red Rock Resources PLC. Notably, Gecamines is a giant, and Red Rock small fry but whales do gobble them up mouth wide open and indeed most shareholders would have mouths wide open should it happen. It would also give Gecamines an indirect interest in Victoria, Australia, and a direct interest in UK markets. From acorns, giant Oaks shall grow. | noirua
