The initial plan is to produce and sell Lithium ore with a target grade of 2% (1.5%-3%) into the local market, on a pick-up basis and with a seven day sales to payment cycle. When the operation has been stabilised, ALR plans to introduce a flotation unit in order to beneficiate the ore to 4.5%-5%, so that it may be sold into the export market

The gold price is hanging around US$1,800 and A$2,680. Not too bad in Aussie terms even though costs have become a serious factor concerning a shortage of qualified labour and diesel costs due to the weak Aussie$.

RRR remains a gamble as the cash raised will not last long and Diversified Metals has 18 months where they can just sit back and wait for 5 days below 0.3p to buy shares at 0.184p if Red Rock agrees on the price under 0.2p.

The downside would be if Elephant Oil fails to IPO and DRC Arbitration drags on. Then RRR will have to raise cash in a distressed position and sell Power Metal and Juno shares if they haven't done so already. Otherwise, a placing at under 0.275p or go cap in hand to Diversified Metals.

The upside is if the oil price jumps on an OPEC reduction in supplies and NASDAQ: ELEP trades at $4.65 or higher. Plus RRR is awarded at least $7.5m by the DRC Arbitration panel - subject to an Appeal.

RE: I’m back19 Dec 2022 09:57
Yes, and if that happens then I will take them and more, and unwind this POS managed mess for what it is. For too long here people have had a free lunch. Total selfishness of a few and this (if those fears, or fears over asset legitimacy) come to light, then it will not end well for those bad actors. Scummy little back door deals have happened for too long (which is why the trading for me here has had to prioritise the investing). I have a whole encyclopaedia of lies and nonsense I’ve been told by the people here.

Best one yet was the day after TR1 saying I held 4.55% had Andrew bell calling me up begging for more money on a PP. I said I would do it if he took a pay cut. That was nearly 3 years ago, and he’s been realistically paid more, delivered nil. Many more stories like that from others involved too. An active poster here - giving it the ‘big one’ about shares will hit 22p (you read correct) at end of 2021, and how they are so valuable (then sidelining me if the bid right then they would sell all their shares’ - stinks like S. game is up and people better hope it’s just been poor management rather than anything more cynical. Can’t take action against a bad management, at the end of the day it’s the risk shareholders take - but by goodness, when a handful of people have done well and made money, whilst 99% of people have lost money at their expense. Then there are big big issues. So let’s hope that things have been done right, but it will be uncovered soon.

He's certainly got a bee in his bonnet. I wonder what he means?

I certainly did not suspect any such thing!

The truth28 Mar 2022 09:50

"As another week begins, the reality his a minority shareholder here has taken the solo decision to sell the only performing asset for the literal sole purpose of paying his overly-inflated salary for non-performance over a 14 year period that he flat out refuses to cut.

So the best asset (historically that’s fact if he hadn’t sold more prior to also paying his wages), has been sold for the minority holders benefit.

It’s getting close to the time for an external audit here and genuine accountability. Question; where did the money go from the £15m+ raised? And where did the supposed money go from Helpful’s supposed large shareholders?

Serious questions that should be very simple to answer. The ‘oh exploration takes money’ excuse has no legs left in it. It’s answers time, because one man and a small group have led a great lifestyle from a lot of peoples’ losses. Weeks and months ago we had the whole ‘RRAL, elephant, drill results etc etc next week’ total fluff. Now with AGM, times up. If I contribute one thing here it will be accountability - and that’s a word that people involved in this company seem to have forgotten about. You pay yourself a big wage and refuse to cut it based on failing results, then sell the one solid asset to continue to pay that, whilst not delivering, then one should be very concerned."

He seems to be an astute fellow.

I believe the fellow in question to be James Asquith - he said he once owned 4.55% of RRR, corresponds with this RNS back in March 2020.

Internet searches suggest he is CEO of Holiday Swap - his net worth is stated at $7m

Interesting post on LSE this morning, a former large holder is buying back in, the full post can be seen below, I will try to find who it may be from backdated RNS's.

Longterm - I’m back today - 08:10

People will see a few buys this morning, and that’s just the start of it. I have a lot to say here, (will get to that as the coming weeks play out) about particular people. I last sold 22m shares from 0.65 to 0.50 and got out, due to the delays and total lack of transparency.

When I last owned 4.55% of this company I bought in at 0.17-0.22, selling above 1.00 for most after the information being offered to shareholders was not clear.

However (not trying to sound arrogant, just trying to help others), I tend to rarely get this one wrong (from a trading perspective, an investment position is very different).

And a lot of these buys will be me. Hey, perhaps this time I just keep going and see how much of this we can get forcing a change of control. Let’s see, but trading wise, this will be fun. Always is.

"and probably kemche did as well despite many denials."

I have never denied it because you have categorical proof. Presumably. I would have thought. I dare say. Supposedly. I'm guessing. Doubtless. In all likelihood. In all probability.

I lost an absolute bundle here and at RGM, CZN, CHLL, NNN, AERO, PHORM, CTAG, VRS, BIDS, GLOBO, CBUY, OSI, UKOG, ARB, SYME, BNN, VAST, and countless others to mention.

Just check all those BBs to see how much I have lost over the years. Will I NEVER learn. Sigh!

However much I deny it it's all there to read. I cannot deny any of it. But thanks for revealing my utter foolishness.

Thanks for rubbing it in.

I doubt AB and Co want the Red Rock share price to fall as they hold a lot of shares and that includes the pension fund I believe. Many directors like to end their days as Chairman and AB is Chairman but also acts as CEO. His fluency in French is ideal for the DRC situation.
In my view, Torp lost a lot of money by over investing in Red Rock, and probably kemche did as well despite many denials.

Torp and I were alike in that we could spot one a mile away. We were also both aware of how to read financial statements forensically. We knew that any analysis always begins with the BOD. Once a shyster always a shyster.

I always thought Kemche was one of lifes free spirits, unique and immune from any form of cloning or impersonation. Now it's been revealed he may also be Noirua. I am shocked to my drill-core and am consequently having to go out now to Sainsburys coffee shop to read their Sunday Times for free and drink coffee to help with the shock.

Good point kemche, dare I say that, well yes. When grasping at straws and having obtained an American Loan investor why not spread one's wings if a journalist spreads the word then a few might pile cash in. They might say, "Andrew Bell who is he" and that's the job done hopefully.

It needs someone with $1,080,000 to support the share price to stop it from falling below 0.3p. Mind you AB and Co might be scuppered as Diversified Metals would only have the option to buy at 0.3p minus 8% = 0.276p. Their overall purchase price would then be an average of 0.4173p - see bottom of the header.
