silverspoon2009, I'm certain kemche can defend against anyone. In my view he gives a lighter touch to many threads. If only I had kemche's wealth then I could afford not to make a living trading in the UK and USA three days every week.

Good luck with your investments silverspoon2009.

jLondon et al - Red Rock Resources has only just over half interest in area 1 at Musonoi. They do not own any more than that! Area 1 is a good small area to own though most of the resource on the tenement is under water.

Every time I visit this thread all I see is the switch and bait duo Noirua and kemche posting like a couple of depraved lunatics, I see kemche has made over 25,000 posts on ADVFN, probably a retired pensioner who has lost all his money on AIM and now resents anyone else making it - especially in Red Rock Resources.

FFS get a life.

Musonoi $4.5m +$15m.

MUSONOI - That is not for the totality of Musonoi.
RRR's Consultant Geo: US$125 Billion in situ value in the ground -83 holes assays,750 pages reports and historical data.

International co now owns 75% and Gercamines 25% per the website of this international co.

International litigation - cant be $20m buys 100% Musonoi surely?
Hence, why A.Bell, CEO on 29.4.22 interview post interims said "FIT for US$250m" litigation outside Congo.

US$250m vs US$125 billion situ in value in the ground.
The Geo's valuation will be taken into any court proceedings to come as $20m
cant buy a $125 billion copper and gold deposit surely?

I am not privy to what was paid but if you have the time look at the PARADISE PAPERS which tells about all this including Guardian, BBC covered it.
Ah, to be uncovered at proceedings outside Congo as Mr Bell said.

A big holder sold some RRR today per your post? It was difficult to buy and one buyer on the other forum bought and the price today was +26%.

The rise today appears purely because of the "Hot Stocks Rocket" article. One large holder took the opportunity to unload some.

Some figures here about the Musonoi, DRC tenement are a plain mega exaggeration and are misleading. The following is what has been published by Red Rock Resources PLC:

On 14 January 2022 the Commercial Court of Lubumbashi issued an executory judgment ordering VUP SA, the Company's partner in the Joint Venture, to pay $2,000,000 as damages, with costs.
This follows the earlier judgment for payment of a principal amount of $2,505,000, representing 50.1% of the payment already made by a third party to VUP SA.
Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "These awards in our favour of $4,505,000 plus costs are steps in a process, and do not put this money into our account, nor do they represent the totality of our potential claims. Red Rock now begin to move to the enforcement and extra-judicial phases of proceedings."
DRC:
VUP seeks a further $15m in relation to its contract with a third party, and RRR has notified the buyer of its interest in 50.1% of that, if paid, or assets in lieu. RRR is moving to enforce the judgments, and further damages, against VUP and other parties that have enabled its conduct. This may require later proceedings in other jurisdictions, but the substantive law to be applied in any claim will likely be that of the DRC.

I am not sure who has the US$250m ie 3rd party.
As I posted Gercamines settled with Moly and this was just before Bell's mention of Congo or rather going to Congo to get the $5m +$15m settled [50.1% to RRR].
A/c to the analyst [political and mining], it was said that the state mining co does not want international or national litigation as it is not beneficial to both parties.

Maybe this is why Bell has been called to Congo to settle etc vice versa.

Bell mentioned in his 29.4.22 interview post interims that it is "FIT FOR US$250M
litigation OUTSIDE CONGO."

So, whether this is the sum that RRR intends to claim as Bell said, maybe someone coud fill us in if they have seen the forms? It would have been mentioned in the 2 previous Congo cases RRR has already won.

This international co owns 75% while the state mining co owns 25%.
Definately, the state mining co will know who is who and what is what given everything is owned in part by the state mining co.

All these have been reported by the Guardian, BBC etc and even the Bid en admin knows but I dont know if it includes Musonoi?

Any wonder why parties may want settling?

The fact you have discovered the international mining company shows Musonoi on their website is very very interesting.

So they paid $250m for this licence of which Red Rock owns 50.1% but Red Rock received NOTHING so far because the money was paid to a third party illegally.

The illicit sale by Red Rock JV partner is open now for the whole world to see, at some point Red Rock are going to receive their fair share of money, will it be $125m ?

In the meantime they are pursuing 50.1% of $20m + $2m in damages separately in the Congo and the CEO is out there now to hopefully collect the cash.

Helpful on the other RRR forum said that MUSONOI was sold by the back door at US$250m.
So, now we know that if it was by the front door, it would have been much more as norm. RRR owns 50.1% of that US$250m.

One can see how a HK$12.8 bn co ie international listed co on the HK stock exchange can now keep MUSONOI, DRC and at the point of development having borrowed US$350m
in late 2021. In 2020, this international co had started construction on Musonoi.

So, the international co is now stuck at Musonoi given their title needs to be sorted out given RRR owned 50.1% and RRR WAS NOT PAID FOR IT?

Clearly something is going on to drive the increasing volume, a tweet yesterday said they are pursuing short term cash proceeds from the Congo of at least TWICE the current market valuation.

The same tweet also pointed out the IPO of Elephant Oil could also be worth $3m to $4m if I recall.

The recent interview with Proactive was very revealing as the CEO said they had received offers for their projects.

As others have implied the current sub £5m m/cap seems totally out of kilter to ongoing events.

Even at 1p a share the company would only be valued at £12m

From the RRR tweet, 3 hrs ago relating to Cote d'Voire and Mr Bell's voice heard speaking to their Exploration Mgr, COULD MEAN MR BELL IS IN THAT PART OF THE WORLD.
Cote d'Ivoire to DRC is just across the way.
So, is Bell in DRC ie has been or going from Cote d'Ivoire?
Mr Bell told Proactive on 29.4.22 that he is going to DRC relating to the $5m +$15m para State payment to RRR [50.1%]?

Interesting.

RRR tweeted 3 hrs ago, Wed 4 May 2022.
On is the senior exploration mgr on Cote d'Ivoire.
I will listen later. So Mr Bell is working on this as well.
Cote d'Ivoire is a gold licence. I hear Mr Bell's voice speaking to the Expl Mgr but I cant make it out as the sound is not good enough on my computer.
Can someone else post a few points? Thanks.

This is a take it or leave it situation, I saw seasoned Twitter 'influencers' commenting they were afraid to buy VAST at .20p, within days those same shares were 2.4p.

Just because a company is deemed 'a dog' does not mean it cannot multi-bag.

With so many irons in the fire right now Red Rock could easily be the next VAST or PREM.

For info, only circa £3k of stock available at full offer currently, so what do the market makers know ??

I tested for days when the share price was 0.39p to buy and there was a limit.
Currently, I can sell quite a fair bit so not illiquid qualified by the fact that normal market size is not large. Wed, 4 May 2022 @1:08pm.

Others can check with other brokers. I checked HL.
