Part 2 of the Q&A with Mr Andrew Bell

The interview is from Kenya where he is based currently, he is then flying elsewhere in Africa
suggesting more news will be forthcoming

Yup awful sound, needs to be subtitled or re-done.

It seems that is part 1 of the interview. I hope there is a sound improvement in part 2.
AB did talk a lot about DRC in general terms so nothing added to what has been reported before.
Kenya, we really need to see the drilling results, the grades and the depths - nothing mentioned here as he did say a few weeks, more than a few weeks ago. The tailings look to be too far away to be profitable at present.
Nothing given away on NBGC though as he says gold prices have improved. Other than that nothing. We await part 2.

This is the 1st part of the Q&A session with Mr Andrew Bell, interesting comments on Caracal Gold,
is he suggesting they have taken ore from Red Rock's licences, also suggests he feels their mine is
not profitable.

A number of value events (for Red Rock shareholders) ahead and they are about to hire a high profile
(he suggests who has worked for a major) Executive onto the BOD

Presumably there were Qs he'd rather not A.

No sign of the proposed Q&A session and so far no explanation from Stockbox Media who requested questions from investors.

All rather strange.

The AGM is more likely to be in January or February as before. So little chance of himself retiring before Xmas. I have felt that AB looked out of sorts in his recent podcasts, a trifle unwell in fact.

I've viewed the AB v TW shenanigans with some scepticism. They seem eventually to be friends again. Why would that be I wonder?

It looks like the Stockbox Q&A session may have been pulled, it is no longer being
promoted and has left the pinned area of their Twitter feed.

One wonders if the questions that were sitting on the site from investors were
too unpleasant for Mr Bell, let us say some were anything but complementary and others
very challenging.

It is very difficult to work out a correct price for Red Rock Resources.

I suspect some investors see the situation as 'SAME OLD SAME OLD' in respect to continually moving on to new projects. The old ones either never reach fruition, end in losses, or cast to the wayside as if they never happened after being confidently hyped by Chairman Andrew Bell in podcasts. Basically one becomes unbelievable at some stage. Can himself change all that - the market thinks not and sadly that is that at least for the time being.

Red Rock share price continues it's slump into the gutter despite Weasel Bell suggesting earlier this
year a material re-rate was coming in 2021.

Well I do hope the major shareholders like losing their cash, only one reason as
to why, Bell himself.

Tick tock to the AGM, he needs to go.

Today's Côte d'Ivoire announcement for an application for tenements is broadly neutral to ever so slightly negative due to future costs if successful. If markets improve sharply that changes matters but for the time being it does not.

Question: "Ettie, Are you planning on breaking the habit of a lifetime and deliver shareholder value at RRR? Like EVER? And will you be needing "Admin" again soon?"

Weasel Bell is offering himself up to a Q&A session via Stockbox media, one wonders if
any hard questions will be asked but it's possible, Bell the master of bluff
will sweep them all aside with excuses and nonsense no doubt.

The clock is ticking down for Andrew Bell, surely, surely, the major shareholders
who have circa 25% of the issued capital will vote him out at the next AGM if he
does not deliver the value he said he would at the start of the year.

Kenya is different and just how many miles the tailings would have to be trucked is a factor. Remembering DRC is one of the world's largest countries and 100kms isn't a great distance except for costs over rubbish terrain.

The copper price rising is always good for producers in the sector. I'm sure AB must agree 'Red Rock have no copper at present'.

Red Rock are promoting the Kenyan gold project aggressively on Twitter over the last few days,
one wonders if they are hinting that something material is about to come.

In the Twitter video on the project they say there is a operating plant close to their tailings project
(they show the location) which contains 68,000 oz of gold (worth $120m) they say the tailings can
be trucked to this plant.

Having checked carefully it appears the plant is the one owned by Caracal Gold. It continues to
suggest some deal is about to be done, Caracal have said they are close to announcing a corporate
deal near to them.

So are Red Rock about to announce a toll mining agreement with Caracal, if the strip ratio & costs are
50% and the deal is 50/50 it would deliver $30m to both companies.
