24/9/2021 14:04 | Oh but the entities of it all! | kemche
24/9/2021 13:28 | Noirua Why don't you give it a rest, your intentions are plainly obvious, no-one cares what you think or suggest, whoever you are it is obvious you have lost a great deal of money on Red Rock by buying at the wrong time. Your attempts at de-ramping get more pathetic by the day. Why not talk about the $8m royalty which will come RRR's way in due course, the payment is getting closer and closer Juno reckons that they will be in production at Mt Mason Q1 22. That means that they will be actively looking at Mt Mason before the end of next year. Mt Mason is interesting to us because Anglo Pacific owe us $8mil in royalty payments: $4mil on a decision to mine and $4mil on commencement of commercial mining. After that, assuming Anglo Pacifc don't renege, we retain a 0.75% royalty on the production from Mt Ida. Mt Ida is mostly magnetite but there is some haematite in the transitional zone between Mt Ida and Mt Mason. If Juno starts mining in the transitional zone then that will also trigger the $8mil payments from Anglo Pacific and the royalty payments. The royalty should be worth a lot of money to RRR on an annual basis. RRR has some Juno shares but not many. | the_debt_collector

24/9/2021 12:32 | An announcement on fund raising is now due. It is likely shares have been sold or more put up against loans. The market is uncertain as to both what has happened and future plans. All this due to information provided long after sales were made in the past. Funding is for Kenya, DRC and Australia and ongoing running costs plus Greenland reparation. Just let the market know AB! | noirua
24/9/2021 07:59 | Sounds like PJ is very upbeat, the IPO is full on and will deliver material value to both POW and RRR - the current market cap of the most recently listed IPO Caracal Gold stood at £28m earlier this week. Ignore the bashing plums Noirua and Kemche, both are totally clueless, they buy high and sell low, others buy low (now) and sell higher later on, it will happen ! | the_debt_collector
23/9/2021 23:08 | A lot of bustling enthusiasm by PJ in the podcast. However, the gold price fell to $1,740 as of posting and the gold sector fell further. PJ did say subject to market conditions the IPO will go ahead. My view remains to leave it until 2022. | noirua
23/9/2021 16:00 | Paul Johnson on IPO of 𝗡𝗲 | graylyn1
22/9/2021 20:03 | I work for a number of spiv brokers and entities. | kemche
22/9/2021 18:22 | ALL the facts are in the header. Gold shares are generally well down and microcap explorers by 40% to 70%. A few exceptions on drilling results. I accept at the gold peak £20 million was a good target. Now it is £6 to £8 million So an IPO of 49% putting NGBC value at £6 million seems reasonable to get the IPO away. My opinion is hopefully realistic and bullish in today's marketplace. | noirua
22/9/2021 16:08 | Seriously and jovially NGBC is interesting. An IPO on AIM of a company with no cash but an interesting set of Ballarat tenements on a gamble basis as to finding commercial gold. I guess the float will be about 49% of the company. Probably at 1p per share to raise £3 million. Probably with one for two warrants convertible at 2p per share. RRR and POW may take up to £1 million to cover costs and cash put into the company. | noirua
22/9/2021 13:45 | There will be a huge appetite for the new vehicle with Ettie at the helm. Expecting an over-subscription with many of the bulls here clamouring for shares. | kemche
22/9/2021 13:30 | MiningMaven's report does not mention cash requirements and loans + interest payments. MiningMaven was founded by experienced investors Malcolm Palle and Paul Johnson to demystify the world of mining and natural resource exploration. “We invest in the sector ourselves,” Johnson said, “and we recognised that the information available to investors is often highly technical, which can be off-putting”. | noirua
22/9/2021 12:45 | MiningLamp et al, AB is one of the best performers in podcasts and even the most negative posters agree with that. As always, we must wait and see if he can get the IPO away successfully against a weak gold sector and gold price. In Kenya, it's whether the resource grade can be raised and the compressor replaced quickly. Thirdly, how cash is being raised and what loan repayments are being met, and ongoing costs in Greenland. | noirua
22/9/2021 12:28 | Red Rock Resources reinforces its compelling story with exciting Australia and Kenya updates #RRR chairman Andrew Bell walks through the latest results and what they mean for the firm moving forward | mininglamp
22/9/2021 12:08 | The trust factor in being able to finally complete a project is low at Red Rock. Investors in the past do not trust the company and feel various actions/ transactions may take place without them being notified immediately or very shortly afterward - Steelmin, Amulet, and loans against shareholdings in Power Metal and Jupiter Mines. | noirua
22/9/2021 11:44 | What a load of twaddle double act Noirua and Kemche post daily, pure waffle. At least Mining Lamp delivers sensible information, it is clear as crystal Caracal Gold are interested in RRR's Kenyan licences, could be a JV or some other deal, would Bell sell them for some cash, GCAT shares and retain a royalty position ? If GCAT do as they suggest their M/Cap could easily propel multiple times, RRR could take their shares, sit back and let them do the grafting to deliver upside for no cost. Time will tell. | the_debt_collector
22/9/2021 10:57 | The US$ is strengthening against GB£ that is likely to continue with the US saving money on withdrawing from Afghanistan and a move to diplomacy only. Mining companies that are profitable producers away from the UK gain: those needing to raise cash in the UK for exploration abroad lose in the main. | noirua
22/9/2021 10:39 | And CO2 issues is causing havoc with the supplies of pies. | kemche
22/9/2021 10:31 | Be fair #kemche! AB is now hard at work attempting to IPO RRAL now NBGC. It is an armchair job mainly and his expertise could mean an IPO on AIM sometime in 2022 or when the gold price and sector improve. Kenya is held up waiting for a new compressor or refurbished compressor. Also #kemche, AB has lost three jobs at CRCL, POW and JMS and has had to sell shares to get by. Please show more respect! | noirua
22/9/2021 10:21 | Ettie buying? | kemche
22/9/2021 10:21 | That was a buy as all shares are sold out. | kemche
22/9/2021 10:07 | A 2 million share sale at 0.55p pushed Red Rock's share price down this morning. | noirua
22/9/2021 09:42 | CRCL flying as Junior delivers on his word - yet again. | kemche
22/9/2021 09:42 | Ettie needs another trough for "admin" having lost a couple of late. Whoosh! Liquidising event must be soon surely? | kemche |
