No RNS as yet for the 9.656 million share sell that tumbled the stock price by 18.8%.
Deleted the bit about the 4m shares traded yesterday. Only from word of email, so not a certainty.

Once the record/ex div date for JMS is reached I expect RRR to sell another chunk of Jupiter shares, am sure they dont want to but their options are limited, I cannot see another CR being successful. They had round 63m at one point and are down to less than 20m , that on its own tells a story. Hard to believe the share price has plummeted from the equiv of 5 pounds to a quarter of a penny with the BOD intact.

After all, Jupiter Mines Limited ASX:JMS owe him a great deal as this asset equals virtually all of Jupiter these days: Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining (Pty) Ltd operates the open pit manganese mine, called Tshipi Borwa Mine, in the Kalahari Manganese Field (KMF) located in the Northern Cape.

The seller has continued unloading 4 million shares at 0.22p. Delayed for one hour. Could be wrong of course and it may be a broker negotiated buy. Hopefully the long term weak holder is nearly finished - perhaps not quite.

RED Rock is obviously in difficulty with a loan to repay in April - unless they relinquish 5,500,000 shares in Jupiter currently valued at £612,000 - held against the loan.

RRR have just over 11,500,000 more Jupiter shares currently worth £1,400,000.

RGM shares still held are worth about £80,000.

Red Rock are far from going bust even though Musonoi and Mid Migori outcomes are high pressure beyond 2020.

All joking aside, there's not been any professional updates or indeed plans for this company for about 8 years now.

Yes, it once looked a player in the sector and Yes it once looked like a good investment, however there's been NOTHING but disappointment, gross incompetence, negligence and mismanagement coupled with dilution after dilution after dilution.

The ONLY people to prosper with this business model were the Yorkville (YA Global)& Cornhill vultures along with the BOD who have continued to pick up a salary for basically running nothing other than a shell company. Sorry, I nearly forgot about the "High Net Worth" friends and family who were able to forward sell their placing shares for a guaranteed no risk profit.

Corrupt ? You can make your own judgement call on that one.

The really sad part is that the actual BOD are now at the pathetic stage of using chatboards to post cryptic nonsense in order to ramp their own share, I mean seriously ???

With this history, this track record and the current economic climate, only a deluded or desperate fool would seriously consider investing / throwing money away here.........

I think directors are in the one month close period up to when the the half year results are due to be announced. Unless there is a delay.
Companies often appear to delay when waiting for the finalisation of any deal.
