If Red Rock manage to get their mining license back for the 1.2 million ounce Au and 67K Au tailings JORC resource: I strongly believe a takeover bid will follow. The bidder is somewhat obvious and they may well sell everything else at a price higher than they pay for Red Rock Resources PLC. The terrible mining sector remains but gold is gleaming and from RRR it shines out like a glorious bright shining light. Trust...the twilight's still gleaming and our gold is still there.

KAT may well have an effect on POW shares once the known seller of shares is finished. Trading at 0.3p/0.4p should prove an opportunity. They hold 10 million shares + 10 million options at 1.25p plus an interest in KAT's Haneti nickel project.
Should KAT shares improve further with the strengthening gold price to 5p they will be worth £750,000 to POW - may not happen of course but all the same, one to watch.

Red Rock like many companies involved in Gold and Copper has seen a divergance of interest.

Musonoi that is mainly copper will have been downgraded on the Coronavirus affect on the Chinese economy.

Gold will have upgraded the value of Mid Migori and the likely small payment of royalties from El Limon, US$2.95 million GBP 2.25 million. Also 2.5 million shares in gold miner Para Resources.

As mentioned in a previous post, there are swings and roundabouts.

Nothing will change here unless and until the existing BOD are removed in their entirety

Just endless dilution, confetti shares and CLNs is all that they deliver

BORIS JOHNSON has received a huge boost after Australia said it wants to finalise a post-Brexit trade agreement with the UK before the end of 2020

The rocketing of KAT shares by 220% has lifted RRR shares on substantial buying. POW shares moved up slightly but there is a big seller in the background after the recent cash raising - maybe an opportunity knocking over there at POW.

Maybe also the recognition that Mid Migori may well end up being really big for Red Rock at its very small market cap. JORC resource awaited from Musonoi and maybe a partner too.

Annual Report (to June) stated that the company had:

- just £64k cash in the bank

- Total Current Liabilities of £2.8m


The last Jupiter Divi was worth approx. £363k to RRR I believe but the Annual
Report also told us that the BOD burn through approx. £600k a year just on
Admin Expenses.

Last April they issued 63m bits of useless confetti to raise a paltry £323k


What price the next bunch of shares to keep this BOD in salary and expenses?
