Atinos auntie Ettie - 10 Dec 2019 - 13:47:56 - 15979 of 16102 Regency Mines 2010 and beyond - upside limitless - RGM This restructuring or destructering as one may call it, is an immensely poor result for long-term shareholders. What must those who cried foul of the previous management's efforts at fundraising think of the sheer scale of dilution set to occur here. As a result the legacy shareholders who would have stayed the course are forced into a demonstrous unwinding of their positions. With regret, the logical conclusion upon reading the dilution announcement is one must sell. Atinos auntie Ettie - 27 Nov 2019 - 13:35:16 - 15867 of 16102 Regency Mines 2010 and beyond - upside limitless - RGM The share price has deteriorated since the previous management departed. The move by some shareholders to instigate directorial change appears to have been ill-thought through and precipitous. Regency is in a bad moment having lost all traction and forward momentum. Like a calf with a gimpy leg she will do well to survive the coming winter Yep - sounds like Bellend.

Red Rock Resources PLC takes 6.5% stake in Regency Mines PLC in surprise move as Andrew Bell and Co wrong foot the market. The holding helps RGM as no cash needs to be repaid. Valued at GBP186,550 Https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/RGM/14367220.html Charles Richard Topham holds 6.62% in RGM.

Good news on Manganese at Jupiter thread: https://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=28201926 Some factors are moving positive for Red Rock: Gold back over US$1,500, Manganese advancing, copper and cobalt stable at higher levels,. On top of this is the mining license imminent at Mid Migori, Kenya. Week commencing 30/12/2019 - US$3.24 (last week US$3.09) https://twitter.com/RRR_RedRock/status/1211600756840828934 ❖A single lithium-ion EV battery contains over 30 pounds of cobalt ❖A 20-fold increase in global EV demand, forecasts show a whopping 4,500% surge in demand for cobalt between now and 2030

Why not make a new year's resolution and decide not to pump POS dilution AIM stocks? Esp those you are utterly clueless about

Torpee, a simple "29/1" would have been sufficient. Happy New Year, I hope it is a happier one for you.

Clunes - "When is or was the agm" As ever you display total ignorance of this share which has operated the way it does for many years. The notice of AGM is always given right at the end of the Full Year Report which has just been published. If you stopped to read that report instead of just ramping this BS share you would have the answer to your question.

Long term chart of RRR Shows the utter devastation caused by the current BOD in constantly diluting shareholders and continuing to expend £millions on director salaries, admin and other expenses. This will never change imho unless and until the BOD are removed DYOR

Atinos auntie Ettie - 28 Feb 2019 - 20:23:57 - 6441 of 8974 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC - Information Thread - RRR The market cap is almost entirely supported by listed share investments, the value is profound. The cash liabilities are comfortable as the majority may be repaid in equity, Steelmin is rightly paused to seek out strong trade partners before proceeding while the battery metals sector is in a good moment so that venture is well-timed. Suggestions 2019 will be an annus horribilis are wide of the mark, it could and should be the opposite.

The gold price taking another trip over US$1,500 per ounce is encouraging for the sector and Red Rock's interests in Kenya.
