All of you trades for the Ya short was wrong, all of the percentages too. Scotch,I would be careful. Once bitten etc etc..You are getting the arrogance again, and you need a loved one to reign you in, as you will just be encouraged in here. | rrrrrrrrr2

24/1/2014 23:07 | Discussions reportedly began several months before Nov 2012 so getting on for 1.5 years now. "We felt the next stages of exploration should be carried out with a stronger financial partner as funding required will increase as exploration progresses. As a small company we must lay off risk, therefore in November 2012 after several months of discussions with various parties, the Company announced an indicative offer of 51% of its stake" Comms have been through a representative, according to the RNS, chap named Patrick Newman, a sleazy lobbyist type. May be worth doing some more research in that direction. | bam bam rubble
24/1/2014 22:43 | Can't argue with any of that Scotch Viz Greenland/Colombia perhaps AB can elaborate. Check every deal and ask the following questions: 1. Do we know who the other party in the deal is? It's been at least 18 months for Colombia so about time you told us the counter party Andrew - the "client confidentiality" excuse is wearing a tad thin, as is the Cyprus banking crisis. Who's the counter party? What's the sale price? And why haven't they paid? Simple questions - as an ex Morgan Grenfell employee like yourself how about some honest answers? 2. Can you verify their bona fides, their directors etc and their financial robustness? So who are they? Given the time that has elapsed if there's been an approach who are are the counter parties? Colombia has been ongoing for 12-18 months, which is taking the michael, credit crisis/Cyprus banking crisis/currency crisis/weekend fondue crisis aside....time for answers.. 3. Is there a clear sale process and timetable? Apparently not - the timetable is open ended. Either there's no buyer, or more likely they can't raise the necessary finance. 4. Has any mooted deal been closed? In the last 12 months, since negotiations began,er No. | fangorn2
24/1/2014 22:32 | WHY WOULD ANYONE BE FAITHFUL? Who gets the jam today? who gets the promise of jam tomorrow? tomorrow never comes..it is just a deal away...IPCM, GREENLAND, COLOMBIA...the moon...wherever... Check every deal and ask the following questions: 1. Do we know who the other party in the deal is? 2. Can you verify their bona fides, their directors etc and their financial robustness? 3. Is there a clear sale process and timetable? 4. Has any mooted deal been closed? 5. How much money and how frequently is money being raised from dilutions? check the 4 year chart; check the promises, check the delivery check the "Administrative Expenses" (over £12m in 4 years - demand a forensic audit!) Wake up. Smell the coffee. There is an old retail maxim: your first loss is your best loss. Forget what you may have lost - it won't get better: cash out and move on. All in my opinion. Faithful? Better join a church and pray for the second coming of Christ - he'll arrive just before the Greenland deal closes. Einstein defined insanity as "doing what you've always done and expecting different outcomes". He might have added "continuing to believe in RRR" to his definition. | scotchoverice
24/1/2014 22:19 | more after hours dilution.... more yorkville plus ca change, plus ce la meme chose! who are ipcm? where are the greenland and colombian deals? how much are directors taking out of rrr and related party companies? how do you value a company that cannot produce audited accounts? how much value destruction has been inflicted on shareholders? are yorkville running shorts again / still? CAVEAT EMPTOR! | scotchoverice

24/1/2014 19:44 | Yes it was probably then that it was realised that the Greenland or Colombia deals would not be happening anytime soon, may never happen, so it must have been the best alternative to pay wages and running costs. | knil
