so, the good news it, this 500k plus further raise earlier with YA (around 750k), should last well to at least next summer or at least until end of 2014. Of course, cash from greenland /colombia will further strengthen us!

so, no more dilutions (thats good news I would say) !!

That has given me a good laugh - no more dilution pmsl!!

GREENLAND deal still can be completed anytime. this fact hasnt changed. .

year end account is due soon, its vital to show to auditor that RRR has cash irrelevant whether greenland deal is completed or not (ie prudence from accounting perspective).

also, another point worth highlighting is that, the stronger cash position RRR has, it will show to potential buyer/(s) that we are not desperate for cash and hence, more possibilities for buyer to fast track the greenland/colombia deal (ie in other word, if buyer suspects that RRR is weak and desperate for cash, buyer can on purpose slow down the process and wait till RRR go bust, then buyer can buy at even cheaper!!)

interest rate 10-15% quite common for junior player. CAZA issued debt at 12% rate back in 24th May 2013 (and their share price shot up 50% on that day !!) (for comparison, credit card APR at around 20%-25%)

so, the good news it, this 500k plus further raise earlier with YA (around 750k), should last well to at least next summer or at least until end of 2014. Of course, cash from greenland /colombia will further strengthen us!

those who sell today, will be sorry if greenland deal completed in the next few days/weeks!!

dont forget, news on RSL/kenya/colombia soon too !!

Johndee must be those sophisticated investors Bell is talking about in the RNS. If they are sophisticated they won't touch RRR with a barge pole :-/

When the share price was 16 pence few believed it was about to drop. Now the share price is low few believe it is about to rise. Nowt stranger than folks as they say.

Investors are buying now. First reaction to RNS's are often wrong. I am not concerned.

Further proof that Bell will hoover up money from whatever outfit he can and further proof, if it was needed, that the GL and Colombia sales are going slower than molasses in wintertime.
Will they ever complete, answers on a post card.

Time for a video nasty I think.

Has I got this right peeps?

We issue a bucketful of shares to buy JMS cause it be

"an investment opportunity we cannot match elsewhere and gives us an opportunity to strengthen the Company's long-term asset position"

Then we hock the shares for 'working capital' and pays some dudes £1,000 a week on the juice.

For real ???

Nash - are you sure the 1p is a lower cap? RGM's RNS has clearer wording and the 1p is an upper limit.

Smacks at desperation to me as Xmas looms and nothing in the Bank of Bell to lavish gifts at our expense.
It's not as if he is doing us a favour just mortgaging what assets we have left until the numpties approve the resolution to issue more confetti.

Maybe AB realizes that Colombia and Greenland are worth more by not selling at this time.

agree. no dilution to us. and the fact that debt to YA can only be sell at 1p plus, indicates that share price will be moving to 1p soooner rather than later

h2owater OMG!!

Do you really not know anything about mining?

Do you know how many more years of itty bitty exploration will be required before the lengthy mining production licence before building a production facilty at huge cost before the first cobble of iron ore falls on to a ship?

If the whole process was started now there will be no production or royalties before 2020. And that is years of further expense for RRR.

If that is the kind of rubbish they would have people believe on the LSE board then I am glad I don't go on there.

It gave me a good giggle though - royalties :-))))

"Once the deal is signed we just have to wait for the royalties to come in!!"

Yes, the same was said about Jupiter Mines. We still have some of our stake, but it'll be quite a while before we get production royalties.

LSE:most frustrating thingSun 23:06We are due to be paid $10.7m due any day now which is almost our current mcap. Theres also further royalties which will then be expected from GL deal which could be £10m a year maybe more depending on production. Once the deal is signed we just have to wait for the royalties to come in!!We have a low cost gold mine which although is low volume, its now profitable so makes it more attractive to buyers. Plus extra reserves are being identified at present at no extra cost to shareholders as being funded by profits. Does not seem ideal but it is a good way of significantly increasing future worth of El Limon. We have various other investments including RRL,RGM, Jupiter Mines and Ascot. Plus theres the crown jewel, Kenya. 1M+ ounces of gold plus potential of increasing this significantly. Kenya could start producing within 24 months and we will be the majority stakeholder. Not bad for a gold belt with several high grade targets including low cost open cast mines. Mcap should be around £20m now, should be £30m on GL money received, then on El Limon being sold/reserves upgraded it should be £50m and once GL royalties start coming on and Kenya is producing the mcap should be over £100m to give a share price of about 6-7p.
