so whats happening here??

Bell can't conclude a deal, it's a buyers market = more dilution to pay debt and wages while the company stagnates.

By the look of the block trades on the sell side today, a SEDA draw down.

At this rate RGM's share price will surpass this before the end of the year.

I am intrigued by events here and in particular the Greenland and Columbia transactions.

Interesting observation about the different wording in the Columbia paragraphs. I would possibly question the prudence of stating in the first RNS that they expect to recieve an offer and then put in the later announcement what is in effect a perceived negative by saying that no offers have been received.

Greenland is also bizarre. That has been going on for so long now and what interests me is that I have seen similar situations in a handful of other AIM companies in which sales have been announced with regular subsequent holding announcements only for the process to never complete. In fact out of three, possibly four companies I recall, only one eventually completed the transaction. In each case the share price price has gone up and down like a yo yo in the earlier announcements only for resignation and apathy in later holding ones.

I will be watching this one with interest to see if the possible trend I have observed continues.

Fanghorn yes a feeble excuse indeed. No other excuse needed from Bell other than 'sorry chaps I didn't do enough due diligence and bought a pig in a poke'.

And just why, SS ,were we not allowed "Production figures" for the 18 months we didn't get them?

Wasn't it "confidentiality" whilst in sale talks of the asset as the
absolutely feeble excuse.

Compare last months update to this:-

Colombia
The potential buyer has now visited the mine and the Company's management expect to receive an offer for the asset. Meanwhile the Company has received additional expressions of interest, and a good level of production is being maintained. A drill has arrived on site at El Limon preparatory to a drill programme to establish potential resource and exploration areas.

Colombia
Two underground drill holes have now been drilled and the engineering consultant is at site reviewing these and plans for further drilling. The sale process was slowed by the regional strike that disrupted communications until recently, but continues; meanwhile a satisfactory level of production is being maintained. No offer has to date been received from Ashmont Resources Corporation, who recently revisited the site. Dialogue continues with this and other potential buyers.

A good level of production now termed satisfactory hmmm.

We expect to receive an offer for the asset, now no offer received.

neubie - i'd guess a couple of hundred - they issue circa 250,000 RNS's a year

Maybe with how the price has risen in the few hours before previous RNS' have been published, Andy has a family member working there. Good income generator for them with the number lodged by RRR and RGM.

An RNS here an RNS at RGM are things falling into place or are they being forced into place.

Does anyone know how much an RNS costs?

Fangorn if you were earning £200k a year like Bell at RRR alone - would you care about some posters on a bulletin board. Its clear that he's in it for his and his cohorts own benefit and pension.Networking for his own benefit where he sees fit !

By the time he leaves he'll have more than most can dream of, but paper money burns well in hell !

What's Bell complaining about, he's the one who makes it so easy for the derampers and shorters.
Derampers by way of his wordsmith & semingly contradictory RNS's and shorters by issuing ever more shares by whatever lowly media he can.

You make it easy for them Bell so don't go throwing your teddy, it's down to you.

Seagulljim. It's not Bam Bams research, it is bam beams quotes set to mislead. Chop a few words of here and there, like he has since I first arrived in here. Then he back tracks, or ignores, and the posts get lost. Anyway who cares. You lost are not invested, so you should be happy, I am inserted and I am happy. Seems everyone's a winner

from the boss.

You should be able to recognise derampers who hold no stock by now.

And you should do your work before making accusations.

The story has been clear and consistent from the beginning (see below).

Moreover the purported quotes are deliberate – they must be deliberate, there is no other possibility – misquotes from us: compare and contrast the purported quotes from iii for Oct 19 and Mar 28 with the actual.

July 17th 2012 RNS: "Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company) has received a proposal (subject to due diligence and definitive agreement) from Ashmont Resources Corporation ("Ashmont"), a private Canadian company, to acquire Red Rock's wholly owned subsidiary, American Gold Mines Ltd, which holds a 50.5% interest in Four Points Mining SAS ("FPM"), ("the Proposal")................there can be no certainty that the parties will enter into a definitive contract. The Proposal is subject to due diligence, which is currently being carried out, and the signing of a definitive agreement."

Oct 19th 2012 Chairman's statement "when we received an indicative and conditional purchase offer at the end of the financial year we decided to accept the principle of sale and negotiate terms."

Mar 28th 2013 Chairman's statement: "We received and accepted offers, still under way, for American Gold Mines Ltd, through which we hold a majority shareholding in an operating gold mine in Colombia, and for 51 per cent of NAMA Greenland Ltd, owner of the Greenland licenses we operate, in which we hold a 60 per cent interest."

Aug 30th 2013 RNS: "Further to the Letter of Intent issued by Ashmont Resources Corporation on 17 July 2012, in relation to a proposed disposal of the Company's interest in Four Points Mining Ltd, whose principal asset is the El Limon gold mine in Antioquia, Colombia, Ashmont is preparing to visit the mine next week and, subject to agreement with Red Rock, to issue a definitive term sheet for the purchase."

Nov 8th 2013: "To date no offer has been received from Ashmont Resources Corporation"

Apology?

I was certainly under the impression that offers had been received for both Colombia and GL,
just goes to show that if some company visits your project, that dose not always mean they are interested or indeed going to buy it, now where have I read that scenario before hmmmmm.

"Initial enquiries of large companies as to their interest in getting involved to take the exploration of the potentially large resource forward, sees a Japanese company scheduled to visit the Mambare project during October.

I wonder how that visit went :-)
