I hear what you say and it does make sense, but, until the recent drilling is completed Red ROck will want to wait to see what the drilling results add to the package which is why I do not expect a deal for perhaps up to a month.

Of course they could announce talks are in progress and discussion is underway.😃😃

I do not agree that a deal is a while away, both companies are principally exploration companies, accept
that Caracal have a mine which producers a relatively small amount of gold monthly but their aim is
to become a major player in Kenya.

Caracal needs more exploration ground, they have acquired 2 drilling rigs, Red Rock has 245 sq km
where Caracal has only 50 sq km. It makes perfect sense for them to expand their landholding therefore.

Listening to the 3 interviews posted prior and recent commentary on their Twitter feed they clearly
state acquisitions are imminent and talks with parties are advanced.

It is also interesting they have 'liked' Twitter commentary which mentions a deal with Red Rock
makes sense and seems imminent.

All the excitement has been in the GCAT share price but Red Rock will have it's day pretty
soon IMO.

A deal could be made in my opinion and the drilling to upgrade the JORC factored into such a deal, any deal will take time it won't happen overnight.

The tight supply of stock in Red Rock right now suggests news is not far away, probably next week.

One wonders how short the book is in Red Rock equity - oh dear, someone could be in for a nosebleed.

In my view, it is unlikely that any deal with any company would be made by Red Rock until another JORC resource is declared and more importantly whether it would be commercial taking into account depth and the set-out of the resource structure.

The type of drilling undertaken does not produce cores. It produces a pile of earth or rock indicated over a certain depth, say 5 - 10 metres at a time. The assays may be available reasonably soon after as this is a newer method of drilling.

The above method of drilling was used by Sirius Resources in 2012 for the Nova/ Bollinger copper/ nickel find at the earlier stage.

I believe a deal between RRR and GCAT in Kenya is nailed on here, the market has yet to latch on,
those interviews were compelling, it also seems that Caracal Gold (GCAT) want to be a major player
in the region.

At the moment there is nothing in the Red Rock market cap to account for the potential in Kenya, ANY
deal will deliver upside to RRR, that upside may be significant.

I believe a mix of cash and shares could come RRR's way, Mr Bell has talked about a 2m oz gold resource
in Kenya, let us see what pans out.

Red Rock shares are silly cheap, if the Co was a new IPO without the historic baggage it could
easily warrant a £25m+ m/cap - currently £7.5m ?

Only 500,000 currently at offer then it moves higher, that is with IG, Red Rock is 'at best' with some other platforms so far today.

It looks like it is about to move up.

Caracal Gold statement today ties in with previous commentary about Red Rock nearby mining
licences. I think some deal is nailed on so the window of opportunity for getting into Red Rock at
current levels is closing IMO.

Thank you for adjusting the header, it is better, I think your recent purchase of RRR will be well
rewarded.

RRR is cheap whichever way you look at it, the recent broker coverage was very conservative yet still offered a target price of 1.6p.

The above number took no account of ongoing exploration upside either.

I have increased my holding in Red Rock. More on a gamble basis.

The Mikei drilling may increase the gold per tonne. However, as last time some of the lesser results on the two previous occasions may be dropped. As said by AB, depth is a factor here.

Something has just moved the book - very little stock online now & premium being asked for anything over 500,000 shares (£3k)

Is news expected ?

Hi MiningLamp, I'd be interested to know what device you are using as the header and posts easily fit on my screen even when I go to 120%. I'm only using a 2015 HP desktop computer A12 and 1 x 25" screen + 3 x 23" screens. The setting is at width=1780.

I receive 'in box' messages occasionally requesting history in the header going back to 2017 as it affects what goes on today. My shareholding is just 280,000 shares so I have a small interest in Red Rock doing well.

Once I was as bullish as anyone here today and happily made my money in March 2018 and May 2021. These days I see both sides and do not mind much how it goes.

Red Rock gambling plus points are Mikei in Kenya and RRAL. The former might work out but may not. RRAL may IPO successfully and it may not.

Red Rock has shareholdings in JMS and POW. I believe those shares not held by loan holders could be sold if cash is needed. The JMS dividend is in doubt as there is a battle going on at Jupiter, if the present MD loses then the dividend may not be paid this time. The American AMCI, the South African Black Power company Ntsimbintle Holdings, and POS are attempting a coo.

Because of the past going back 10 years, there are many unhappy shareholders. That is due to failures that cost them a greater part or even nearly all of their investment. The reason the share price is low and trust in a good FINAL outcome.

Good luck

I have to say I find the header most annoying, the sheer amount of script and quite irrelevant
commentary on historic matters that bear no significance to todays market or Red Rock's potential
ahead.

It must be remembered that the last AGM a material event occurred, Mr Bell
can no longer do deals or issue equity without shareholder approval, in
effect Red Rock is a new animal to some degree.

It is also true to say Mr Bell may not be re-elected at the next AGM (Jan/Feb) unless he
delivers.

Most AIM companies have legacy issues that have lost value or in hindsight
could be classed as mistakes, one has to question why the thread owner has
seen fit to focus on these at a time when there is quite a lot of operational activity which
could deliver significant value to equity holders.

The wide text is also pushing the thread posts out of reading distance
meaning you have to use your cursor to scroll sideways, it makes you wonder
if the owner wants anyone reading the posts at all.

I appreciate I have not been here long but feel the above is justified.

Caracal gold GCAT has a small amount of production, and so they have a mining license. also, a fully set-up plant that is being upgraded with over £5.5m cash in the bank. RRR is a long way behind in that respect re Kenya.

Could they be looking to do a deal with GCAT? maybe, as they say, they are now open to talks with possible suiters now that the listing is complete.

Caracal Gold are drilling near to Red Rock, have recently reported visible gold in many samples,
RRR are drilling currently, the resource will grow, Caracal hit a £18m m/cap - RRR still sub
£8m with liquid investments worth £2.5m to boot.

The Kilimapesa Gold Mining and Processing Operations are located in Narok County in Kenya.

In addition to existing JORC resources of 671,400ozs, the potential to increase resources to 2-3Mozs remains very high.

Visible gold is seen in many samples.

It looks like the market is being starved of news - probably for a reason.

Has anyone noticed the share count at Power Metals is almost identical to that of Red Rock - just saying.

Worth a ponder.

Andrew Bell needs to deliver something meaningful before the next AGM or he
will be out, speculation and recent media suggests something is afoot.

It seems investors are giving Red Rock a wide berth despite obvious signs
of chronic undervaluation historically caused by the 'Bell discount'

It is very clear the sum of the parts break up of Red Rock is multiples
of the market valuation, this makes it easy for Weasel Bell to do some deal to
deliver value - pleasing those major shareholders who now pull his strings.

Make no mistake, Bell will want to retain his position, as such expect a
material event in the near term as eluded.

A sale of asset, a JV, a merger (with POW) or some other corporate move can be
expected shortly, mainly as a result of major shareholder pressure.

The clock is ticking.
