07/9/2016 09:05 | No swearing if you don't mind. There'll be something before it freezes over :) | loftus16
07/9/2016 08:44 | This is React with real business assets not Verdes so why the continued news blackout? | blueblood
02/9/2016 11:56 | Some offloading today...no reason that I can see. | nithbank
31/8/2016 11:37 | Er...very quiet on this board. Even a wholly ridiculous rumour would be welcome. Eg Radio programme on Japanese knotweed yesterday gives React potential to triple its turnover. ? | nithbank
03/8/2016 11:29 | Update coming in a couple of weeks I am told....business behind the scenes going well so let's see what's in the update. | jag63
03/8/2016 07:59 | Cmon must be some news to update shareholders with! | blueblood
21/7/2016 14:28 | Good to see a couple of buyers back here today, still confident in management that this will see good progression Gla | andyview
11/7/2016 11:27 | Need some promotion about new contracts and business areas to get this moving. Never understood why it's so difficult to get more regular updates to market. Still acting like VMP with 3 or 4 RNSs per year and they had no business to update on!!! | blueblood
11/7/2016 09:29 | Didn't expect to see it down at these levels again, taken the opportunity to add a few more. Gla | andyview
07/6/2016 15:01 | I think the theory is that a share price needs to hold a 10% or more level above the previous consolidation for a few days, before it can be considered a breakout. Although that depends on whose book or blog of self-fufilling mumbo-jumbo you read ;-) | yump
07/6/2016 14:39 | Is this considered break out territory ? | andyview
07/6/2016 10:40 | For the last year they were £146k.Now £50k p.a. as below:"10.2.3 Services AgreementOn 29 July 2015 REACT entered into a services agreement with Autoclenz Limited pursuant to which Autoclenz Limited agreed to provide REACT with office space, back office facilities and services (including personnel) in respect of REACT's business for a fee of £50,000 per annum. This agreement is subject to six months' notice by either party." | loftus16
07/6/2016 10:26 | From memory the admission document contains a paragraph specifying back office/administratio | loftus16
07/6/2016 10:19 | The reported pre-tax profit for React within Autoclenz was about 280K on 1.55mln turnover. So if they just replicated that, it would give about 0.1p earnings ie. a p/e of about 15. However, it looks as if turnover is going to be a fair bit higher than that. On the other hand, its not yet known what level of overheads are going to be present. Within AutoClenz a proportion of overheads were apportioned to React. My guess would be that with the group as it is the overheads will be significantly higher than within AutoClenz, simply because the admin. functions are now all stand-alone. I guess it will be finals before we find out what the current share price represents as a rating. It will then also be a bit easier to see what level of turnover is required to grow React as a stand-alone profitable business. | yump
07/6/2016 09:09 | Very happy with update and progress and think we will look back at these levels as a very cheap entry level. Gla | andyview
06/6/2016 12:32 | Monthly run rate looks lower for the 6 months to March, than for the period up to Sept '15, but annual total looks like it will be signficantly higher than for the previous year for the React business. Previous year 1.55mln, done 1.1mln already. Perhaps its a bit quieter over the winter period - less going on generally ? | yump
06/6/2016 08:42 | Positive report- lots to build upon. I remain very optimistic for this company. | nithbank
