16/1/2015 07:19 | Any news on when it will be out of suspension, must be soon. | topbanana1973
23/12/2014 20:55 | merry xmas to all the react energy followers, lets hope 2015 shows more promise than 2014. I think its dead even if they manage to sort it out and become active again, the faith is gone. | topbanana1973
01/12/2014 20:52 | Sounds pretty hopeless to not be able to meet a 50k payment ? Foresight look to have stitched them up. They should have enough assets to rejig the portfolio to sort out any temporary funding issue unless the major shareholders / investing partners reckon this shows the current Management are nto fit for purpose and as price for committing more cash demand a sacrificial lamb. | the stigologist
01/12/2014 19:40 | Must be the only shareholder left, shucks! | 197300
01/12/2014 15:49 | Anyone any news or views about this suspension? | 197300
27/11/2014 21:53 | Well the MMs really saw that seller coming 8p!!!! for a sell of only 36k shares. This is getting ridiculous, we need to see the results now just so we as shareholders get told something from the Company. At the moment shareholders are having to make investment decisions without any up to date knowledge on what is going on. Trout. | troutisout
24/11/2014 08:38 | Don't think they know what P R stands for never mind keeping shareholders updated. | ein
24/11/2014 08:15 | Top banana, Results were out on 29/11 last year and 3/12 the previous year. I have tried very hard to get any information from the Company and they aren't forthcoming. A great shame! There are bits out there to find but why should PIs have to trawl through council websites to find out info. It's a mixed bag at the moment and I am sure other holders aren't happy with the lack of updates following the June RNS, I shall be watching closely, early December will be interesting and the price is back at it's lows again. Trout. | troutisout
24/11/2014 08:06 | and they were apparently going to improve their pr | the stigologist
24/11/2014 07:55 | Over a month no news, no real trade movement, no announcements. ??? | topbanana1973
14/10/2014 23:08 | A change of auditor to Grant Thornton- the same auditors that gbo have got. Same suspicious circumstances- the market thinks so......Something smells fishy here mmmmm....... | harebridge
02/10/2014 08:50 | Indeed colp54 there is still quite a leap of faith here, however I would have thought they must have things in place for Newry and financial close at Enfield cannot continue to go unsigned. As an asset alone it is worth far more than the present share valuation for it, It is a fully consented site with offtakes in place in an area of North East London that is in need of power and heat offtake, that has a value! The Company are painfully silent about anything and their PR company doesn't seem to have anything to work with. The recent clearing of the decks looks to be a precursor to the signing of deals and hopefully this includes financial close. I am very loaded up here and am prepared for the long haul, their pipeline has a value that is not recognised in the SP, it is taking longer to progress the pipeline but I still believe that it will progress. DYOR, Trout. | troutisout
01/10/2014 14:10 | Golden Cross telegraphed | the stigologist
29/9/2014 15:44 | Hopefully we're getting towards the end of all the housekeeping and will now start to get some traction on the projects. If we do get a chunk of the initial Enfield investment back, it shouldn't, in theory, get swallowed up in some sort of corporate money-go-round. That said, this is AIM and you never know what you don't know... | colp54
29/9/2014 15:26 | Well nothing in that but the bare bones for an RNS. It looks like the Company are getting their accounts in order with a tidying up of the balance sheet, is this a precursor to financial close for Enfield or are we going to see more? I wonder if both Newry and Enfield Biomass projects could be linked with co-investors putting into both? Trout. | troutisout
29/9/2014 10:14 | Where are we at the moment? We know Newry hasn't been working well and that they are going to need to change the technology provider. that they are holding a meeting today to liquidate KFL. If it wasn't working well then it needs fixing, this was meant to be providing revenue to the company and with a 92% economic interest in Newry the company needed to sort it out. This change is likely to cost money, but with the 92% economic interest I see some wriggle room to farm out some of the project in return for the funding of the extra costs. Enfield, we know they have changed the Terms so they would now benefit from an upfront payment of a cash development fee and also retaining a minority holding in Enfield Biomass. This fee should cover all the costs of developing the project up to now (£2m+)and I would assume some profit as the project is now worth more at it's build ready stage than the sum of the brownfield site and development costs up to now. Clay Cross and Plymouth are still there and from what I can see haven't had planning applications submitted yet. I believe they need to sort out Newry and get Enfield to financial close before they can turn their attention to the other two Biomass projects and that with the extra cash from Enfield they will be able to build out some of the wind turbines that are build ready in Ireland at this time. As more projects go online more revenues will start to come through. Will we hear more about the above soon, with today's meeting I think we will get an RNS, will there be much of an update I hope so! Trout. | troutisout
29/9/2014 08:44 | Well something seems to be happening this morning, I cannot see any trades as yet and the MMs aren't offering in any size online. Looks like the cup and handle is showing a breakout, so next target 20p. DYOR, Trout. | troutisout
26/9/2014 15:40 | Hopefully, with some (any!!) decent news we'll fizz back up to the 30s. This still looks like a good story but it needs some tlc by the management and/or pr company. | colp54
26/9/2014 10:46 | Is that a little handle forming, if so definitely a cup and handle not a mug and handle due to the dainty handle. Whatever, if the price breaks above 16p I expect it to move up to the 20p area. As I said earlier they RNSed the day of the last meeting, so expect an update on Monday or 7am Tuesday. Trout. | troutisout
26/9/2014 09:10 | The recent news from Rockefeller and the UN climate change meet, revealed huge amounts of money going to be pushed into renewables and green energy. Where lots will be directed towards developing countries the whole industry should benefit. Investment vehicles moving away from fossil fuels will be looking to grow portfolios of project pipelines. Small companies like REAC will be tasty morsels for those wanting to aggregate a portfolio. While the market doesn't value the pipeline and projects, much has been invested and many projects are 'build ready' or have planning permission, so have a much higher value than attributed at the moment. Trout. | troutisout
26/9/2014 08:46 | Was that really a 50k buy? I have only been offered a max of 10k recently. Would have thought that would also move the price, especially as the last tick down was on a trade of just 243 shares, LOL! | troutisout
26/9/2014 07:45 | Looking back recently they seem to like issuing news on a Friday evening, not a good practice. However I do expect an RNS after Monday's meeting and hopefully they can give us some more detail on Newry and also other projects. I can see the Old Buckenham Hall school plant up and running now, schools love turning the heating on early in the Autumn. Enfield is still the big one. Trout. | troutisout
26/9/2014 07:39 | Not sure why they pay a PR company??? | troutisout
26/9/2014 07:01 | In the so called 'communication' age, why is this company so reluctant to give out information. But they do say that no news is good news. Fingers crossed | topbanana1973 |
