Apologies for delay in responding. Look at the RNSs in mid January and you realise that there have been major realignments of the major shareholdings. Reasons??

Not surprised major shareholders are bailing - 33%?! Dear oh dear. I never saw decent revenue visibility here and steered well clear.

At UK Investor a while back the CFO was due to present but pulled out leaving one of the cleaning guys to do a presentation; his words were “I don’t know why I’m here” to a room full of investors. Rank amateurs. 0p.

Companies like this make a mockery of the stock market. £1m market cap? I drink in pubs that are worth more. Should never be listed - it's a total dog.

I only had a few, but still a waste of money. Should have known better. They would have been worse off if they'd taken it private out of Autoclenz, instead of using the market for money.

I say worse off because like many others, they could have used their own money, make it profitable and then float, but of course a lot of these typs were not born yesterday when it comes to using other peoples' money, to play around with an idea.

Is this a serious real company? I've held the shares since their previous incarnation and they have done nothing but relentlessly fall. I guess they'll go bust like all the other small poxy AIM shares I've held just giving the spiv shorters a decent profit at us real long term investors expense. No wonder folk are turning their back on the stockmarket and these small insignificant type supposed outfits ! Disgruntled !!!!

By the radio silence I guess this is just a plaything to see if they can appreciate the share price enough to cash in. I doubt there's much interest in the business itself - clearly not much knowledge of it either, judging by the fail of the first very minor acquisition.

Perhaps they'll issue some shares to buy something bigger and embark on some investor roadshows.
