In fact I have not seen any evidence that RBD would draw a direct income from any of its interests unless those companies pay a dividend. Looks like RBD may be like Tern, just a holding company, with no direct income from its holdings and continually returning to shareholders for dilutive cash to pay the lifestyle management.

Presumably revenues from the California wells stay within the company in which RBD just has an interest rather than any coming direct to RBD, so RBD to not directly financially benefit.

Workovers a great bonus from the California assets, obviously the real prize is in the drills but nevertheless these workovers cover all admin costs and then some which is great news.

RBD building into a cash producing company + significant discoveries on the horizon.

Comfortably my largest holding and one of my holdings I dont even think about it to be honest, which is rare for me on AIM.

Houxty - should point out that the 70 BOPD is gross, 35 BOPD to RBD, but, nevertheless, a useful maiden revenue stream to keep the lights on if you work it out.

Anybody dismissing these workovers is clearly under researched. RBD did not buy Gaelic in order to workover just 4 wells

The workover costs were next to nothing and the result was always viewed as a bonus before the larger more transformational drills.

The fact of the matter is that the margin on these 70BOPD is more than enough to cover RBD's current running costs leaving all our capital available for further acquisitions.

It's all going exactly to S+S's plans and it's rare that you see something as smoothly run and strategically thought out on the main markets let alone AIM.

Lol that's more than the company's entire cash burn covered just from these piddly workovers, before a single drill bit turns for the 'proper' drills. Amazing.

This means Reabold are now a cash-generative company, with zero debt.

Haha the first idiot already!

These are WORKOVERS of old wells. Everyone who actually researches this share knows this. These were a 'bonus' as part of the California deal and not the main event. They expected under 100 BOPD and that's exactly what they got. It cost extremely little to do and provides immediate cashflow. What's not to like?

If you knew anything about Reabold you would know this already, as we've all been talking about it for weeks! Everyone expected a number around this for the workovers. They're just a little bonus item.

The Reabold California deal was in fact done for a range of much more significant drills, 2 of which are being freshly drilled at none other than... Monroe Swell. So these results further bolster the idea of the play. If even these old 'cowboy' wells (Stephen Williams' words) wells can produce with fairy minimal remediation, things look extremely good for 2 modern wells with 3d seismic data for targeting and modern extraction technology. The operator estimates 4m barrels in place and around $100m net to Reabold in a success case. The first of these drills is due before the end of 2018.

Read the rns again. If you understand these wells they are very profitable. There are plenty of them to be put back into production. The most important are the 3 wells to be drilled this year VG3 being the first. They target a larger resource and far higher production rates. Not long to wait for the results.

Reabold is pleased to announce that Integrity Management Solutions ("Integrity"), contract operator of the Company's California investments, has informed the Company that the four wells that were successfully worked over at Monroe Swell, in which Reabold has a 50% equity interest, have now all been put onto production. Integrity estimates a gross production rate of 70 barrels of oil per day, in line with previous expectations.

Thank you for these insightful and salient analyses of the company and its projects, full of detail and careful thought.

I mean, we wouldn't want tens of posts full of asinine share price number-vomiting during a time of low-volume share price drift as we await next news, now would we?
