12/3/2018 14:03 | Haha this is gold. Keep going, I'm enjoying your attempts to put fear into pi's :) | chorus1
12/3/2018 09:33 | Assume you're hoping to get in cheaper. While nothing is a certainty, I think you'll be disappointed unfortunately. | chorus1
08/3/2018 07:22 | UPL have now got the cash for Wick through favourable CLNs - it seems they have a good deal .I'm invested in RBD, UPL (Small) and UOG | croasdalelfc
07/3/2018 17:04 | Cash, good post there. I have always believed is Corfe who will reduce their stake. Near 47% of the £4.2m well cost was their initial bill for Wick drilling and their finances don't look good. no wonder they reduced and i think they will continue doing so. | jungmana
07/3/2018 16:58 | Just reading page 9 of the RBD presentations posted above by Croasdale, not only does it have the only image of Wick prospect I've seen, but the following wording indicates it could be either UPL, or Corfe the 'buyback' to get to 40% interest. Wick prospect farmed out for full carry following Reabold’s investment in Corallian. Drilling scheduled for Q3 this year 25% fully carried interest in the Wick exploration well with option to buy back up to 40% Upland Resources plc funding 53.33% to earn 40% interest Corfe Energy Limited funding 46.67% to earn 35% interest Structure immediately up-dip of developed Lybster Field" Corfe have since farmed down. Let some more go perhaps? Cash | cashandcard
06/3/2018 15:15 | Here are my calculations as to who owns (or will own) bits of the Colter and Wick licenses. Colter: Originally Corallian 60% , Corfe 40% Corallian farmed out 20% to UOG and 5% to BOIL BUT will up stake to 50% by buying 15% off Corfe leaving: Corallian 50% Corfe 25% UOG 20% BOIL 5% Wick: Corallian 40% UPL 40% BOIL 15% Corfe 5% | croasdalelfc
06/3/2018 10:46 | Soul , i bought upl at 1.7p average and sold (in 3 trades) about 2.5p average.Invested the money into rbd and i3e. Upl will need to raise more cash soon | jungmana
06/3/2018 10:43 | Yes Jungama your change of stance on UPL was glaringly obvious. | soulsauce
06/3/2018 10:39 | fight fight fight lol | ileeman
06/3/2018 10:37 | Saul - i think you should be more worried about UPL having no cash left ( after £2.3m of the £3m inhand ) is reserved for wick.I sold the remainder of my holding there and bought more i3e yesterday | jungmana
06/3/2018 10:34 | simon calm down, calm down. As I have said before I am invested in UPL and taking a close look at BOIL thus I am interested in keeping tabs on the players and their percentages in the wells to be drilled. Therefore it's not wrong to be asking how and where certain percentages are coming from because it is about as clear as mud. However I suppose that is one of the downsides of being invested in an unlisted company that news is coming in second hand from all the parties involved. I shall mention it no more. You are all obviously happy that everything is coming from Corfe. | soulsauce
06/3/2018 10:27 | 'soulsauce' is not invested, I don't know what their game is. The idea that Corallian were able to raise all those funds this year to increase stakes without any of the institutions involved asking them basic questions like 'where are you getting the equity from' is laughable. If you honestly think they could raise all that without a plan then there's nothing I can say to that, it's just asinine. This troll keeps returning to this sideshow non-issue, every time a more promising conversation (like regarding the new projects) threatens to break out. I wonder why. | simonsaid1
06/3/2018 10:22 | No, 'Corallian' are hopeful of getting 50% and 40% they don't have it yet, not RBD. | soulsauce
06/3/2018 10:20 | Yea you are right it is assumption but a very obvious assumption. As I said RBD have 50% Colter and Wick 40% I am not too bothered about where it is coming from aslong as they have it. | ileeman
06/3/2018 09:59 | Nit picking, really? Read the RNSs there is a distinct difference and you obviously don't know. You are just making an assumption as you did regarding Corallian being back at 40% in Wick but have no proof. | soulsauce
06/3/2018 09:54 | Soulsauce I think you are nit picking. | ileeman
06/3/2018 09:45 | Jungmana, Yes, I see to be getting mixed up with these UK minnows. Edited. Cash | cashandcard
06/3/2018 09:36 | Cash , you mean UOG not UJO . They are two different companies | jungmana
06/3/2018 09:34 | So then iLeeman why does the Boil Wick news specifically mention Corfe and todays Colter news they just mention Corallian? | soulsauce
06/3/2018 09:27 | Malcolm Butler at BOIL has been involved with Ermine Resources, who previously involved trying to take a stake in Colter from Corfe. Cash | cashandcard |
