No knocking either, but Biscathorpe on the UJO play list could also be huge. It also has an easier to understand (aka entirely in a region of England) portfolio and strategy. I don't agree with that justifying the differential personally, but could understand it others though that was significant.

I don't understand why folk like DocHoliday would choose UJO over RBD if its for West Newton - there is no contest, RBD were already the largest shareholder in the project and after the Humber deal now have majority control - they basically call all the shots at West Newton. If wressle is what does it for him, then RBD also have Cali and (potentially) production from Romania - should the testing go well. Cash

The under valuation here compared to UJO is so blatantly obvious and dosn't make sense, but when did the market make sense, but still bewilders anyone who notices.. And I'm invested in both so not trying to knock UJO.

Https://www.spglobal.com/platts/en/market-insights/podcasts/crude/081720-predicting-next-global-oil-shock "Global oil supply far exceeds demand right now as the coronavirus pandemic keeps travel restrictions in place and commuters working from home. Commodities analysts Leigh Goehring and Adam Rozencwajg, managing partners of Goehring and Rozencwajg, argue that the pandemic and current oil market conditions will be a catalyst for a coming global energy crisis. They think we're not far from a global oil shortage because of the lack of investment happening today and the rapid depletion of the best US shale resources. While some analysts expect shale production to keep global oil markets in a perpetual surplus, Goehring and Rozencwajg argue that the age of shale has largely passed. They project US oil production to fall by as much as 2 million b/d in the second half of 2020 and by as much as 1.5 million b/d in 2021. They see global demand rebounding steadily, which will lead to a spike in prices and an eventual drilling boom five years or so down the road."

Perfect storm brewing here. Depressed price due to Hambro selling, UJO vrs RBD seems like RBD have plenty of catching up to do considering our holding in WN and flow test results on IMIC-1 in Romania due mid September. Going to be a busy couple of months and share price could be several pence by the end of the year if not before.

They have from ,was it April, to conduct the survey on the license area, so hopefully September deadline seems good.

Simon_64, I think its all about timing. If they can find a another smallcap to merge Corallian assets into or selloff to, I think they would consider it. At the moment, there aren't many interested given the state of smallcap oil&gas universe. Agree, They need to work on monetising the remaining assets and bringing atleast one to a full cycle conclusion. Cash

With Brent Crude ticking up, is it time to find a bargain in the sector? We caught up with independent oil analyst Malcolm Graham-Wood to talk more about the latest developments in the oil environment but more so to look through a number of opportunities that may exist in the market with Brent Crude ticking up to $45 as fuel demand picks up...https://twitter.com/tmsreach/status/1294268981231181825?s=21
