Life is a risk. Obviously the IIs and Sachin's family think different as do I. I'm going on previous proven and that's all one can do. The pay column enough for me and the extra what I believe will be oodles of condensate on top!Are you posting from Share talk? Your post is v similar to the one on lse. Remember them ramping Lionsgold???! So.....here endeth the first and only lesson. Ie Read what's on the page, ignore the noise and games and make own mind up. Personally, I've never been more confident! Without Deltic is absolutely fine for me too. They are struggling and that's crystal clear. ;)

Deltic Energy (DELT) announced a statement of support from IPGL, the largest shareholder in Deltic, who have stated their intention not to support the Reabold Resources (RBD) offer. As Deltic say, it does not reflect the commercial and technical risks associated with the RBD portfolio, which was rather confirmed by Reabold’s own update on Romania well flow test operations. To date, all they have are “indications” of methane gas.

Would think that the 24% CoS @ WN/B Cadeby (2.5km from WN/A) estimated in the Deloitte CPR of 2017 would have sig. increased in teh light of the WN/A2 discovery Kirkham of last year.

56% WI of $850m plus whatever can be pulled up from the Kirkham = mucho bueno.

You can only go for a scheme if both sides agree.Otherwise its an offer...Need >90% to properly go unconditional...that can't happen as ICPL have 17%. Only need 51% to delist Cluff.Best case is they own 80%+ of an unlisted company with a few remaining deep pocketed shareholders creating grief...Don't think this is going to happen, Cluff have enough sensible shareholders to stymie an offer.

Reabold put this in place when they bought Humber's share of WN..."The Company is also pleased to announce that it has secured additional liquidity in the form of a GBP5 million discretionary equity line cash facility (the " Discretionary Facility ") that provides additional flexibility and strength to the Company's financial position." Essentially a semi-guaranteed placing..Suggests they were uncertain if they had enough cash to complete all activity...Buying Cluff brings in cash to cover any overrun in the current programme. They can then use this facility to cover their Shell drilling obligations next year.
