isa agreed, if M&G had not sold any they would now have 3.9% of the increased number of shares, they have reported below 5% so they must have bought some more in the placing. IMO

Investor would report any changes over 3%, 10% ownership down to 5% because of enlarged share issues - point being the investor hasn't sold

Haven't done the maths, however could this be because of the increase in shares.If investor had 10 shares or 10% in a listed company if 100 shares - the investor would reported it as being over 3%If that listed company increases its shares to 200 placing, the investor (if doesn't subscribe) would report holder now of 5% (looks like the investor sold 5%) however it's because of the increase in shares.Could this be the case here the the current RNS

seller and placing overhang to clear....delayed trades to be printed to offset the buys in due course

once cleared, then the share price will move significantly to reflect the WN value to RBD

The overhang could have lasted until well into the New Year! Unlikely now. Excellent RNS to get rid of many of the loose holders.For real investors, it just gives more confidence that the investment is sound and is very likely to multibag in due course. There's no rush!

I guess too it will be one of those situations where once it starts to rise this in itself will attract further buying to get the share price rally to go slightly exponential....

Rumours it’s CO whose been selling . Hopefully overhang now cleared
