28/2/2018 12:25 | perhaps they should start buying some Appraisal oil assets instead of exploration, that carry the highest risks geologically speaking You have 2 ex Guiness fund managers running this, that fund didn't raise all the funds required in the GF Energy oil fund a few years back Lets see what they announce for new assets farmed into Don't forget divide your new NPV / share by the total shares in issue - so you end up with a lower Npv/share on 2.76B shares in issue | euclid5
28/2/2018 12:24 | I will say, they must be impressed with what they've been told to expect. Cash | cashandcard
28/2/2018 12:22 | Yes Lee no retail, only institutionsI can assume that there are new names incoming and will be watching the holdings updates | alexios1201
28/2/2018 12:22 | Big dilution but not retail dilution, so most will be sticky. Hopefully new investment will counter the dilution and create more value. | ileeman
28/2/2018 12:20 | Ok, that's quite some dilution but (fortunately) its at 0.60p so I can just about stomach the fact its not less than the last raise. Now we need to walk the walk. Cash | cashandcard
28/2/2018 12:05 | No retail, thats huge in itself. From RNS "eligible new and existing institutional investors" | ileeman
28/2/2018 12:00 | Small retail with heavy ii backing, will mean very sticky hands. Increase in shares but also increase in cash + new asset value etc. ii backing is worth a fortune in itself. | ileeman
28/2/2018 11:57 | Euclid yes but is not in vain. The money will be invested in new projects therefore growing our already attractive portfolio HTTP://pbs.twimg.com | jungmana
28/2/2018 11:57 | Mcap at 0.6p is £16.5M with 2.76Bn shares in issueOver £10M cashNow they have a huge safety net for massive acquisitions | alexios1201
28/2/2018 11:53 | That's now 2.762B shares in issue after today's placing news | euclid5
28/2/2018 11:52 | So at 1p the Mcap will be 27m with 8-10m in the bank and 3 drills funded and ready to go this year - appraisal not exploration | croasdalelfc
28/2/2018 11:49 | Maybe the new presentation will spell it out - including the %ages in each license | croasdalelfc
28/2/2018 11:49 | Ileeman - heavy institutional backing here. Remember they have a good list of institutional shareholders right now and the past one week have been checking " appetite " for a placing. Guess they are happy with the level of support | jungmana
28/2/2018 11:47 | Croas - that can cost £2m when we initially spent £1.5m to get into corraliian. I think cash in hand right now should be at least £1.5m | jungmana
28/2/2018 11:46 | £7million at 0.6p, no way can they pull that off without instis backing heavily. | ileeman
28/2/2018 11:43 | The 2m has probably been used to keep equity stake in Corallian at 35% | croasdalelfc
28/2/2018 11:43 | This is an awsome buy now | oilbuy
28/2/2018 11:42 | There you go. The news is out and am happy with it. We can now concentrate on Colter drill which is happening short term. Also with the new money being raised we can look forward to news on some exciting mew investments.( about £2m in cash right now + £7.6m being newly raised) | jungmana
28/2/2018 11:40 | Uncertainty out of the way so hoping for a rise back to 0.7 + | croasdalelfc
28/2/2018 11:30 | £7.3m @ 0.6 , a good price and glad I bought some below placing price | croasdalelfc

28/2/2018 10:35 | I agree grab an investment opportunity when it happens, but also think that they should also remember their shareholder foundations that are built on PIs as well as IIs. I repeat. If it is a '5 star' opportunity that has just been made available then give all of your existing shareholders the option of choosing to invest. 'Walk the past talk'. There are too many 'more jam' tomorrow AIM companies. That is why the share price is kept, for many, at lowly levels. Now where did that placing info leak originate or was it deliberate? GLA. | dandadandan
28/2/2018 08:57 | Dan this is RBD "An upstream oil & gas investment company" Ofcourse they understand shareholder value, value can also be made by investing in a very cheap asset assuming the terms of the raise are good. If they potentially raise around current share price to bring in what they believe is an absolute gift then I dont see the problem, I see that as a great move. Naive to invest in a company and not think they are going to invest in more assets, they already said months ago they were looking at a 3rd asset. | ileeman |
