BMD does occasionally get it right. If this is true, I will be quite disappointed. They need to start delivering projects rather than taking more on at this stage and diluting shareholders further. Sometimes, companies can have the best will in the world and still creep into the asset shopping trap.

They should come out with a clear statement to clarify the situation. If they are to dilute it better be to go for a development of what has been discovered, not taking on new assets.

It completely baffles me aswell because we have a very strong cash position and not only that we are making cash all be it small amount currently.

Perhaps they are issuing more shares for an asset similar to the Gaelic asset instead of using cash.

Maybe not true at all, what I do know is past deals have been very good for shareholders so hopefully we can expect the same treatment.

We have over £7m in cash so I don't see the need for another placing right now. Well unless a massive opportunity presents itself. I trust our BOD.

I have no objection to raising funds for earnings enhancing acquisitions.The directors are heavily invested and by making money for themselves will also make for their shareholders...

Daniel Levy tweeting about an imminent placing here, so expecting some downside until any facts emerge. If true, could be to fund a new acquisition, or an increased stake in an existing one???
