70bopd from old nodding donkeys is excellent. I hope you realise in large parts of the US, nodding donkeys are commercial all the way down to 5bopd, even lower in some parts of texas. No I'm not kidding, its because the work on them is cheap as chips, as low as $5000 in some cases.

Achieving 70bopd that are put onto production is a welcome result. Its cashflow achieved in the most efficient way, all very useful.

'No flow' while drilling is good. If a well flows during drilling, that is a problem, a 'kick' to be precise, and potentially a blowout. Not good.

(Unless you're deliberately drilling underbalanced, which i doubt was the case here)

Lol! Do some research. The 4 well work over were just a bonus. The new drills are the important wells as are targeting far bigger resources.The first one is a success and we should get a flow rate soon.

Wick will be a failure and the 4 well workovers on California only managed to produce a combined 70 bopd which is minute. wont even pay the new management drinks bill.

I think with at least 2 more wells to be drilled in California in the short term , we could be at 2p+ by the time Wick spuds in early October. Looking good.

Monroe Swell is on the horizon.
Also do not overlook WICK and Uplands involvement ( A classy O & G act).
A massive 2.4p share price by mid Sept?

All in the pipeline and all you have to do is sit and wait.
Patience pays.
The current share price is just TOO LOW....

Those initial Inst' Investors knew they were onto a good thing with the S & S team.

That's exactly the case Simon. We should get an additional well on west Brentwood as looks like they are more than happy with what they've found.

It is very interesting that the oil shows from drilling are giving them sufficient confidence to declare it commercial right away. I note the previous producing wells in the same area and same geographical play, which gives huge confidence that the oil encountered in these sands will flow and replenish well.

In fact they've not just declared it commercial, they've gone straight to talking about a second drill which was not in the original plans (West Brentwood was a single drill project).

What on earth did they find down there? A lake of the black stuff?!

This well is worth $25m npv to RBD.Now integrity ( the operator) will lower production casing and then start producing. Flow rates should then be available . Up to this stage great success.

Are you familiar with oil drilling? This is standard practice. Discover and then test. We should get a flow rate soon and a great success with the drill bit on the 1st well.

UKOG also has no flow yet NOR an announcement of discovery and yet has a 127M MCAP. Wait for the herd to clock onto this one. This is not staying at these levels, mark my words.
